Sizing isn't perfect, but I can wear them better than Depends.

Does not protect during overnight incontinance. The material used for this underwear causes me to perspire. Not only is my underwear wet from my incontinance, including my nightwear, but I am also wet from sweating!

I was hesitant to use this product as I am a larger woman. 286 lbs 5'3" with wide hips. The XL fit perfectly with enough stretch to feel comfortable. I was getting to the point where xl pads with the heaviest absorbency were not enough at times due to leakage on sides. That is not the case with these. I also have heavy menstrual periods due to premenopause which would cause leakage at night. These are perfect for that purpose as well. I am now worry free during work meetings and can focus on work instead of being distracted by potential embarrassment of leakage.
