I was hesitant to use this product as I am a larger woman. 286 lbs 5'3" with wide hips. The XL fit perfectly with enough stretch to feel comfortable. I was getting to the point where xl pads with the heaviest absorbency were not enough at times due to leakage on sides. That is not the case with these. I also have heavy menstrual periods due to premenopause which would cause leakage at night. These are perfect for that purpose as well. I am now worry free during work meetings and can focus on work instead of being distracted by potential embarrassment of leakage.

This is a little more resistance underwear diaper for adults than the normal diapers of the same brand they sell it's hold two or three urine than the normal diapers of the same brand when buying it make sure is the right size for the adult you're buying

I have ulcerative colitis and its progressed to the point I need more protection than pads. I have tried numerous brands trying to find the one that fits my needs including a good price. Members Mark is my choice, great fit, great protection and a great price.

These are sleek,soft and pale pink for about half the price of bulky other brands. They are sleek and much more absorbent than you would guess at first sight. I wear the XL size but occasionally I have a day when I would like a little more room.They are recently advertised as having a new 2XL size. Don't be fooled. They are not the same. They are the older white store brand for men and women and are bulky and very leaky.

Not quite as good fitting as the top name brand but, the price is so much better.

Fit well longer on top than poises. Elastic is stronger also. Very absorbing
