I was hesitant to use this product as I am a larger woman. 286 lbs 5'3" with wide hips. The XL fit perfectly with enough stretch to feel comfortable. I was getting to the point where xl pads with the heaviest absorbency were not enough at times due to leakage on sides. That is not the case with these. I also have heavy menstrual periods due to premenopause which would cause leakage at night. These are perfect for that purpose as well. I am now worry free during work meetings and can focus on work instead of being distracted by potential embarrassment of leakage.

Have been buying the Small-Medium for my mother for quite a while, and according to the sizing in the description, this new "Small" size should have fit her, since she only weighs 100 pounds. These look like something a baby would wear. They were too tight and too small. Not sure why Sam's would redo a product and make it worse.

Extremely disappointed in the change in Member’s Mark incontinence underwear – the sizing is obviously much smaller. My 96 year-old mother (wears a size 16-18 pants) has been wearing this brand in Large for a long time. The previous version (in the pink/purple box) fit comfortably and she could easily put them on herself. This new version (in the purple box) is visibly smaller and a struggle for her to pull on.

These pads are horrible, they leak. I had a very embarrasing accident wearing this product. This has never happened before with the previous brand sold at Sams. They were bigger, thicker and much more absorbent. I will not be purchasing this product again.

Why did they change the adult disposable underwear for women? The new underwear is a joke. They are poorly made, sized wrong and the padding is not absorbent. After 2 1/2 years I will have to look elsewhere for underwear. Member's Mark missed the mark this time.

Before I buy item I read reviews. All the 5 star reviews are from 2021-2022. When I read the one star on this product most hate this product because the sizes are 1) too smal 2) they don't absorb like they did in 2021. I'll pass buying these till the reviews state that they now are true to size and can absorb much more urine without leaking. I hate when a good product starts to make bad products so people get ripped off. If manufacturers charged an extra dollar or two instead of what they done here, people wouldn't complain because they get a great product and maybe buy more.

M Fits pretty good. The sides don't shred as easily as Assurance. It stands up to repeated pulling up and down of underwear. Absorbs and holds up well. I have incontinence w urgency. This gives me confidence, just in case. I have recommended. Price is better than Assurance also. I didn't like Depends. Overrated and I didn't care for the front 'tag'. I've put them on backwards without thinking. I don't want to think about..oh yeah, this is the one with the tag in the front. I'm not advertising a designer name brand incontinence product. They're not Calvins! :D Ish.
