We returned to LG after having a Samsung for 8 months. LG just works for us, better picture, easy settings, etc. Had to buy Magic Remote separately, personal preference. Three year warranty is a definite plus, but the picture on this TV is remarkable!

Slow, slow, slow and very clunky

I boost this product on Saturday July 6, 2024 and ended up returning it the next day, Sunday July 7, 2024. The tv was so slow it was unusable. It took an unusually long time to load anything I tried to access and couldn’t scroll more than a few lines and the it would take a long time to load again before I continue. It would freeze all the time it was loading. This was while connected to my high speed internet via LAN. The user interface was clunky, and hard to navigate, as well. I would definitely not recommend buying this product.
