In order to see how it really works you need to drink more than 1. I feel like just one isn't going to work. Need a few to see how well your body tolerates it and how it works.

Its smooth, thick like almond milk, and surprisingly taste like it too even though the ingredients are incomprehensible. Although it says stevia which is like a replacement for sugar, has a weird taste. Very low key but noticeable.

This grab and go chocolate protein shake is unlike any other, tastes great and simple to add to my weekly meal prep! You need to add this to your list if you're looking for a food supplement!

I am avoiding fake sugars including stevia right now due to my own personal preference so I wish it didn't have those. If you have no issue with those these will be perfect! Shake it up before opening and enjoy. You could also add some to a smoothie. The chocolate flavor was good.
