You never know what to expect when trying out plant based protein shakes. I'd say that Evolve nailed it! Stacked with 20 grams of protein, this shake has an excellent smooth chocolate flavor and great after taste!

My belly didn't hurt later, no bloat and I stayed satisfied until lunch. Ladies, with 20g plant protein AND 10g of fiber, you need this in your life to help balance hormones!
