I decided to also freeze half of it via ice cream method and it was *mwah* perfection! Great protein flavor and amount and a nice add of carbohydrates to it to help with satiety and energy. A perfect pair to add in after a hardcore workout.

It still had a little of the chalky taste/texture you normally get from protein shakes, but it wasn't bad and it definitely left me feeling better than most shakes I've had.

This Evolve Double Chocolate ready-to-drink protein shake is somewhat keto friendly, so I was happy to try it out. The taste initially is OK but the aftertaste is pretty horrible. Did not finish this.
