[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this TV now for a couple of weeks. I'm very happy with the purchase. The picture is stunning! Very vibrant colors, and a nice sharp picture. Easy setup, and many pre-loaded apps.

I bought the 4kqled 55in thinking it was gonna have great picture quality but I'm very disappointed even when I put on 8k videos it's very pixilated. I regret this but thank you Vizio

I like the TV itself, however, the remote is very small. The icons are hard to see without my glasses. I don't want to put on glasses just to identify buttons on the remote. There are no buttons for volume or mute. Instead, you use the microphone to make adjustments. That will take some getting use to.

Vizio is a brand I know and trust, so I bought this tv to replace an older Vizio. This tv was a headache right out of the box. Picture was washed.out, tried to fix it, but could not get a clear picture. (Watching playoff basketball, hockey and a few shows). Lousy picture all around. Sound was just okay. Neither the picture quality or the sound were better than my 17 year old Vizio. The menus and remote are a headache to navigate. You need a tutorial on navigating the menus, which is the first indicator that it's too darn complicated. I could not easily transition from Sling to local channels. There are a lot of troubleshooting videos on YouTube and that should tell you all you need to know about this tv. Returned this tv.

Don’t get me wrong the picture quality is great I always like a Vizio TV but the Google platform Sucks! Too much Fox crap I hate Fox period! I bought a TCL TV with a Fire Platform that I like far better! So to avoid the Vizio Google programming I use my old FireStick from old non smart Vizio that I lost the picture after 22 solid years of great TV! The price was a bit higher considering I bought a 55” TCL early December for what I paid for a 43” Vizio I in the new year!

So far so good. I did however have 1 issue just 2 days in. For some weird reason while i was playing with my ps5 using 120 fps when i left the ps5 idle to go do something and came back the screen suddenly had very bright orange black and reddish lines throughout the screen. I searched it up and it happened to other users as well. If you weren’t able to reset it to default yourself by unplugging and plugging it in then if you hopefully connected it to wifi then you would have to reach out to vizio to send out a reset through the internet. I was able to reset it by unplugging it and since then i have had 0 issues. While watching dolby vision 4k movies man the image is incredible. Configure the picture to your liking but you will not be disappointed. I highly recommend watching avatar. The quality is just amazing! I would suggest getting a warranty for future issues but man this TV is amazing. I have a small room so it works perfectly for me the 4k content is crazy good!

I got this mainly for gaming and I love it. I’m not sure what’s with all the reviews saying the sound is bad this tv sounds amazing and the audio settings are pretty advanced so you can adjust levels easily. Built in surround, VirtualX sounds the best imo. Color/picture is awesome as well.

Arrive quickly and in great condition. After installing the feet and putting the tv in place I plugged in my other things including a soundbar and settled in to wait for the next hour for the tv and after the remote to install updates. Then the channel search for over the air channels and the tv was ready for use. I’m not impressed with the picture “quality” at all. My previous 32 inch also Vizio had a better overall picture and was much simpler to use.
