I registered it and was happy to talk to a customer rep about the warranty and additional productscandvitbwss a very good experience all around!

I was really excited for this TV but I am disappointed overall. After a month the screen started to flicker constantly. I had nothing hooked up to it and did all the troubleshooting on the website. I also never received a phone call from an actual person like I was told I would. I am unable to connect my Alexa to the TV. I am unable to connect my Bose soundbar. Overall a huge disappointment.

The screen is beautiful, the controls are simple and rather easy (For someone with average tech skills). Only Flaw is with the actual controller. Not everyone wants every app under the sun on their phone. So a simple play, stop, pause would be nice. As well as having actual channel buttons (ie 123.....)

I set up the TV, and I was so excited to enjoy my new Vizio 55" TV. We'll once there was a white background I see 2 giant thumb print size very dark cloud like images upper left of the screen. Later that day I see another one on the right side of the screen. The very next day, the picture starts flickering and flashing, as if the bright colors were glowing. So I have to deal with a return and get a different brand TV.

I had an older Vizio, I always been a Vizio Tv this is my fourth Vizio they are great Tv's. The Only issue with the new Quantum. Streaming time is Wrong some how. Tv time settings are all correct other Tv's are fine. This new has the wrong time zone in Hulu streaming App.

Being just tech savvy enough to get myself in trouble, I was impressed with how easy this system was to set up. I was able to get the TV working and my streaming apps added. The biggest ‘little thing’ was that I also got my soundbar for connected seamless use with the TV remote. It all works perfectly together and that makes me happy.

If you are into gaming like me then I ABSOLUTELY recommend this TV. Honestly, when it comes to gaming this almost reminds of a monitor more than a TV and that is about the highest compliment you can receive. Way 2 GO, Vizio!
