I am disappointed with the lack quality of my new TV. The picture is not great. I’ve tried all of the picture settings to try and find one that is visually the best. However, the picture is either too dark or too bright which makes skin tones look orange and green leaves look like rock candy. Should have spent the extra money on a Samsung.

We purchased this (our 4th) Vizio TV last week. The set-up process was simple. It's great to have the Vizio user-friendly Operating System matching on all our TVs. The voice interface is a surprising plus in the ease of operation. These TVs are so crystal clear and precise; exceeding our expectations in various lighting conditions. The Visio soundbar with woofer bass has awesome sound, and is also simple to set up.

I thought it last week and had it going the same day. Mounted it on an inside wall of a covered deck outside On a bright day it doesn’t have enough brightness and the audio from the Vizio smart interface is weak. Roku is fine. My previous 15 yr old Vizio was great but 37” and still works. Wanted 4K. Sound is great.

Wanted a new flat screen ( old one was 10 years old) with better picture quality. This did not disappoint. Very light weight, did not require 2 people to get it out of the box. Hook up instructions were simple and easy. Dedicated HDMI input for sound bar was clearly marked. Great choice of Apps included. Remote is very easy to work, and I like that the remote actually has the apps that I use on it ( no need to search, just use the corresponding button to go to the app). So far, very happy with picture quality.

I got this Vizio TV to use as a large computer screen for my work and general computer use, as my eyes is not so good with smaller screens. I found out that I am unable to use it for my work and as a TV in the same time, as its terms of agreement requires VIZIO company to spy on everything that I display on the screen, including my computer displayed screen. The only way to avoid spying on me, is to disconnect the internet access from the TV, in which by doing so, I lost all TV functions, and that is the reason for one point less. Another point less because of the functionality of the Screen options, as adjusting colors is extremely limited compared to other brands like Samsung screens. The user is limited to 3-4 per-adjusted screen color and screen features settings only, in which when I compared to my computer screens and other TV brands that I have at my home, I found colors are not displayed in the same manner, along with the details of the presented screen. Another point less is because of the sound settings. Same as screen is very limited compared to other brands, as I am using the TV sound to display my computer sound as well.

Now I haven’t unpacked many led tv’s recently, but when you met with instructions to use the built in plastic bag handles to remove the tv from the box because the screen can/will be damaged, it doesn’t say much for the quality of construction of the tv. The one I received not only had ‘damage’ to the very top of the screen, but it also has a good sized gray spot near the middle of the screen. It was returned. I’ve had good experiences with Visio in the past, but not with this product.

A child could set up this TV. The remote control looks like it’s missing half the required buttons, but it actually is efficiently intuitive and simple to operate. I bought a second remote to have access from opposite sides of our room, but my only complaint is that the TV will only pair its voice control function to one remote. An update to the software would be desirable.

Only had my Vizio 55" M-series tv, but it has lived up and exceeded my expectations. This is my second Vizio (my first one, a 40" M-series is over 8 years old and still has a great picture and is in our basement TV room). Very pleased with Vizio products (I also have a Vizio Sound bar).

bought this on Black Friday, the TV itself is awesome. The set up for TV was not easy at all, I can't imagine an older person with this new TV setting this up, especially without a new smartphone. Unfortunately, I would not recommend to any older person, though good product. The person we called was extremely helpful.
