It's great now that I've got it set up and working. But set up was a nightmare. Took me TWO HOURS to finish set-up because there were all kinds of problems. QR codes didn't do anything at all when I scanned them, tried to manually enter code that was on TV screen but the link I was told to go in order to enter the code didn't have anyplace to enter the code, I already had the vizio app on my cell, but the TV wouldn't recognize it. Like I said, it was a nightmare. But now that it's up and running, it's a very nice TV. While I would recommend the TV to a friend, I'd also warn them about potential problems with set-up.

This newer Vizio is a little harder to navigate but nowhere near as bad as the Samsung and Roku tv. I’m hoping to get as many great years with this new tv.

The set it replaced was my oldest TV in the household. It was so old it wasn’t even a SmartTV!! It finally died, and I knew I wanted yet another Vizio!! I was promised 6 months of free Starz that it won’t let me access along with another channel that I can’t access either…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, we have had Samsung's for the past 10 years + We just moved from Florida, and left one of the Samsung's (55") down there with our daughter. It was our bedroom TV. We went to a couple of stores that were out of the model we wanted so we decided why not try this QLED Vizio a try. We were so pleasantly surprised with the quality and functionality of this model that we decided to keep it! (Again) Coming from Samsung, we liked their remote and we were extremely happy to see the Vizio remote was even better! Very happy with this purchase! We will DEFINITELY be getting another one at some point.

I bought a Vizio a few weeks ago and I still have to hit the input button and go down four clicks before I can get the input (my cable provider) I want to begin with everything. I believe I have properly requested assistance, but I still have an offer I do not want to see and a task requiring near video game talent... I overshoot on trying to hit the proper input, and have to start over. Yes I am a boomer and would like to speak with someone, but vizio seems to think, is not a good way to provide service/support. My wife says the picture is not very "crisp, the old visio was better". I have no such concerns

Have my Vizio quantum qled for a week or so. I love the motion and the VRR for gaming. The picture quality is good assisted by the QLED technology. The remote is very responsive and the apps system is fast. With proper calibration this is my great unsung television! I ❤️ it!
