Can't get no...

I bought a Vizio a few weeks ago and I still have to hit the input button and go down four clicks before I can get the input (my cable provider) I want to begin with everything. I believe I have properly requested assistance, but I still have an offer I do not want to see and a task requiring near video game talent... I overshoot on trying to hit the proper input, and have to start over. Yes I am a boomer and would like to speak with someone, but vizio seems to think, is not a good way to provide service/support. My wife says the picture is not very "crisp, the old visio was better". I have no such concerns

A few glitches to start

Vizio Quantum 4K TV is nice and has many great features. However, what’s lacking is on the software side of this TV. This TV turns on slow as it takes a while to start. My purchase started off with some picture qualities and it was resolved by turning the TV off completely and back on. However, it should not have to begin with. Finally, the sound level indicator also disappeared and I have to refresh this TV to get it back. As I have stated, it’s a great TV and the software side needs more improvements.

Great image quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV provides a nice image quality it is clear and bright. The remote comes with Netflix already on it which makes it easy to access. Definitely, a TV that will not break the bank and will provide you with amazing quality.

Awesome TV with amazing picture and features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I just purchased it recently as a replacement for my non smart TV, I am very pleased with the picture quality and features of the TV and the pre installed apps. It was very easy to mount onto the wall mount as is very light.

Tiny remote.

Picture Quality

I just hooked this up and the picture quality is great. Lots and lots of channels to watch free. The remote is difficult to figure out. I have to used the remote from my other tv to control the volume and change channels. I do not want to use my cell phone for this.

good tv terrible controller

bought this after my last one died and i got paid for a replacement. this one is more expensive as i looked for specific features. primarily due to my hearing loss, blue tooth to headphones. sucks, no volume from the tv that is really discernible. the remote is a throw away. no features, press for CC, last show watched etc. still making these at the least possible expense.

VARY DISAPOINTED

I have had Vizio tv's but this has to be the most poorly design UI i have seen. Current I'm attempting to add mu cable channels that now MUST be under the Watch TV + WHY!!! None of the channels i have show up after a add channels ( worked with live support person to get this to work. I have tested the cable with three other tvs Sony, Insignia and TCL. ALL HAVE BEEN ABLE TO SCAN LOCAL CHANNELS. Your main page looks like a billboard. You van reduce the size of all the icons to 1/3 the size and still see the into. You do not allow the use to hide categories that they will never use. I'm using a ROKU stick to get around your presentation. Not sure what else to advise you on since I'm sure your focus is on presenting and managing content as you see fit not the consumer

Vizio 55inch QLED Q6 M Class

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my first Vizio TV about 10 years ago. It was a 55 inch 2K Vizio M class Television. This Vizio TV lasted 10 plus years and I knew from my experience that if I were to get another TV, It would need to be another M Class Television from Vizio but this time I was getting the 4K. The colors are rich and the detail is amazing and a very simple yet complete remote control. If you want a great experience with a Television, buy a Vizio 4K Qled M class Television.

Quantum Tv

I had an older Vizio, I always been a Vizio Tv this is my fourth Vizio they are great Tv's. The Only issue with the new Quantum. Streaming time is Wrong some how. Tv time settings are all correct other Tv's are fine. This new has the wrong time zone in Hulu streaming App.
