Still putting this up. We are into day two. Only 1/4 of the parts are labeled. Company should attempt to put one together in order to fix all of the installation problems.

Very strong and well made. It took about 10 hours for two men to put it together. The kids just love it, this is the best Swing set we have ever purchased. Would buy it again.

I loved this playset but it started rusting within a few months. It drips brown from the rust. It is rusting everywhere and it’s bad. Very disappointed.

The playset I got from the store was missing the top point of the roof so it had a big hole there. The service line simply took my information and sent the part my way! Thanks you so much!

One swing chain starting rusting within a month of installation. Now a year later both swing chains are completely rusted. Bolts on swing are rusting as well.

I bought the swing set earlier this year - 2021 - but did not get it put together until November. One piece was missing. I called with the piece info and in a week or so had the replacement delivered to the house No Problem! Than you!!

I just bought the adventure tower for my kids last week and they absolutely love it. It's well built and very sturdy and good quality. I paid the extra money for lifetime to assemble it and I'm glad I did their are a lot of pieces.

Got this for our grand-kids and they love it! Assembly took a couple of afternoons but was straight forward. The instructions were spot on. It's been a big hit with the kids and the quality seems like it will last for many years.

We have had this swing set for a little over two years now and my son still loves it just the same! This is a great playset. He loves just hanging out in the top of his "castle". I also love that it is big enough for mom and dad to play on it!
