My husband and I were able to build this! Everything came in and fit together.

Well, it's up and it's in use. My kids 3-9 love and use every part of it (except we are not using the fire pole). The manual was effective, only a few pieces were not stickered with there letter code to indicate we had the correct part for the next step, which we could easily figure out. There was tons of plastic wrap on everything, but this was important to keeping the coating from scratching off, so necessary. I love that we got this product. My 9 yr old can stand in the center of the tower, however there is lots of ducking to get into the upper and lower zones. The sturdiness is what we wanted and so far we expect it will be for many years...tbd.

Kids love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this playset! My 2 year old learned right away how to climb the ladder! Only gripe is with the hanging swing bar... it immediately got like water in it somehow and is leaking an orange rust thing..

Horrible Ladder

The kids love the set, but the ladder is dangerous. The arch is too high and it's hard for them to get their footing. I would never let a child climb up this ladder without adult supervision. We took it off and built our own that is Safe for children. Would not recommend buying this.

Amazing!

I bought this a week ago, and it’s amazing. My kid loves it! I did break a few bolts putting it together, called customer service, and they had more sent out to me. A couple days shipping, but ended up not using them all. Great service overall by everyone I interacted with. It did take a few days to put together.

Unique Design

I have had the system in my backyard for about a month and it is a big hit my kids and the kids in the neighborhood. It looks different from any other system out there. I really like the metal and plastic that won't cause splinters and won't rot like wood systems will. Also it is low upkeep (no staining or sanding or anything like that). One small complaint on the two climbing walls is the transition between the wall and the deck. It is a bit of a reach for my 3 year old to grab onto something to get up to the deck. My 5 year old can do it just fine. The kids really like the "fort" underneith and matchbox car city molded into the deck.

It looks great, but a nightmare to assemble

First of all the set comes in a giant wooden crate, we now need to dispose of. Most of the holes don’t align, so a step that should take 5 minutes can take over an hour. Then there is a step where you need o drill through metal. I don’t have a drill strong enough to do that. We’re Pretty much over building this thing and my poor kids are heartbroken. I don’t know if we got faulty parts or what, but this does not take 8 hours to build. We’ve spent our entire weekend on this and we haven’t even gotten the roof on the tower on. Nightmare!

Goodtimes!

We are very happy with the play center. The only downfall to the play center is the ladder. Smaller children have a hard time with the ladder at the top step, it has a long reach for kids to grab the handles which they tend to fall through the last step. On the A Frame set the trapeze bar comes with handles and the bar that would be nicer for the kids to reach. You can buy them separate for $50.

Huge safety concern

I have a 5, 4 and 2 year old. I would definitely say this play structure is something for older kids. With the two big openings it is just too risky and such a HUGE fall if one of them we’re too get too close to an edge. I got this play structure for my kids to play but I end up stressing out the entire time because I fear them falling

This Play set is recommended for children ages 3-12. However, we hesitate to give exact ages as children come in all sizes. As with any playground equipment, proper precautions should be observed. On-site adult supervision should be provided at all times.

LOVE IT

Our kids LOVE this playset! It gets played on ALL the time. LIKES... The swings and the plastic coated swing chains. Fun climbing wall. The road for playing with cars on the floor on the tower. Love the visually pleasing general aesthetics of this playset. It looks good in the backyard. DISLIKES... The slide is a little fast. The grass in the circle dyes and the kids don't really go in there. ASSEMBLY... Was tricky, especially the roof. And this is coming from a Mechanical Engineer. Two days to assemble, so if you are not mechanically inclined it would be a good idea to pay to have Lifetime assemble it.

Beautiful and unique set that was easier to assemble than you think.

For a long time my Mother has wanted to add a play set to her yard for her grandchildren. She eventually chose this set based on the design and price. I was tasked with the assembly. Now, this is a big set so the manual was quite long. The manual was surprisingly clear on how every thing went together, which made the task seem much less daunting. You definitely need at least 2 sets of hands to assemble most of the unit. That's a bit of a hassle, but completely understandable. The assembly took the better part of Saturday, but it all went pretty smooth. The set looks great! It's almost whimsical. It makes you feel like you're in a castle. My nieces and nephews absolutely love it! The deck and rock climbing walls were a huge hit. I would highly recommend this set. Some sets are just too big and gaudy. This thing is just beautiful.
