We are sorry for your experience, Josh. To restore the non-stick performance, we recommend soaking the cookware overnight in hot, soapy water and thoroughly washing the surface the next morning. Here are some tips for you to maintain the nonstick performance: 1) Always cook on low to medium heat. 2) Avoid allowing the open fire to climb up to the pot body wall. 3) Avoid sudden temperature changes (thermal shock) on the cookware itself. Always let cookware cool down to room temperature before washing. For assistance with an exchange or return, contact the Member Support team at (888) 301-0332.

To restore the performance of the non-stick surface, we suggest using a deep cleaning method. This involves soaking the cookware in hot, soapy water overnight and then thoroughly washing the surface the next morning. Here are a few tips for you to clean this set. 1) Always let the cookware cool down to room temperature before hand washing. 2) For any food residues, simply boil some water with vinegar for 4 or 5 minutes. Then wash and rinse as usual. 3) Do not use corrosive cleaning products such as bleach, acids, oven cleaners, etching, etc., as they will seriously damage the non-stick coating and deteriorate the finish. 4) After washing, dry immediately each piece with a dry cloth or paper towel to prevent lime scale formation. Please refer to the instruction manual for more details.
