Purchased set 03.25.23 / Received set 03.30.23. I was concerned the moment I opened the box and the fist thing that I saw was a warning to only use low to a maximum medium heat. I am unable to comprehend their logic when it comes to the oven -- How are these pans supposed to be oven safe up to 450 degrees but can't be used on the stove on anything higher than medium??? -- RED FLAG. I decided to take them for a test drive so I opted to make a pot of chili using the 6 quart dutch oven. At no time was the on anything higher than medium low. I made certain to follow the other warning to only used silicone utensils. I even used a silicone ladle when serving it. I washed the pan I only used a washcloth and regular dawn dish soap and water. I dried the pan with a clean dish towel When I went to put the pan up this morning on 04.01.23 I noticed an area on the bottom of the pan that I thought looked like I had missed when I washed it. To my dismay however it was actually the non stick ceramic coating coming off of the pan. I inspected the rest of the pan and discovered another area that was doing the same thing opposite the first on the bottom of the pan. I also noticed that there are many small black (dots) marks on the pan bottom where the ceramic coating is not attached any longer. I will be returning this set tomorrow (04.02.23) to my closest club. Highly disappointed to see the lack of quality that I received.

I’d been watching forever for these to be back in stock. I really wanted the cream/gold set, but none of the colors had been available. One morning I saw the red was back in stock, so I ordered those. Later that afternoon I was showing them to my daughter, and the cream was back!! I quickly ordered a set of the cream. My daughter is now the proud owner of the red set (her favorite color). The cream set is just gorgeous. I seasoned as directed, and hand wash them only. I haven’t had any issues with chipping or any food sticking. I just wish there was a matching large stock pot available. I need something larger for soups and pasta sauce. I also bought the cream colored Member’s Mark casserole dish set to compliment my new pots & pans.

I am so sad to write this because I searched high and low for this set for months on end. Finally found the cream set and wow were my dreams crushed. This beautiful gorgeous set does not have any durability. They stained the first time using them despite immediately hand washing once I was done using so don’t think about using any colored sauces. Also if anything burns in the pan it will strain it forever. I only used the on medium low heat and still had scorch marks on the bottoms from the burners as well. The cream is chipping on the outside after 2 uses. And the pot with the strainer is impossible to use together. It overflows with a box of Kraft macaroni even only putting enough water to cover the pasta and it continuously spills out the sides creating more burn marks. I’m mad at myself for spending the money and selling my nice calphalon set for this. While it is so beautiful it’s not worth it.

I bought this cookware initially drawn by the sleek and modern design. I was taking a chance on the deliverance of durability and functionality. I bought the white set about six months ago and i can honestly say I am very impressed with the overall performance of the entire set. I cook for a family of 6 and use this ceramic cookware at least 5 days a week. The cooking overall performance is very impressive from maintaining heat balance to durability. No scratches or dullness thus far!

We've had the set for almost 1 year, we have a gas stove, and we purchased the cream set. The set is beautiful, we love the gold together with the cream color. The set cooks great and has even heat distribution, but the set does not last long at all with a gas stove. We use all of the pans often, multiple times a day, and they are pretty discolored now. Discolored meaning you can set the original color of the set, but after extensive use for almost a year, there is definitely a brown hue now that does not wash off even with steel wool. There should definitely be language included with this product that the set will discolor with the use on a gas stove.

I had a caraway pan and was able to compare the quality, caraway pans are much heavier and seem more durable, however after awhile even the caraway loses its non stick coating and the ceramic chips, so I ended up keeping the members mark set, after over a month of use it’s still a non stick pan, however does scratch easily, follow ALL the instructions, don’t skip out on even 1 if you want them to last awhile.

I FINALLY found the cream set in my local Sam's after over 8 months of waiting. I absolutely LOVE the cookware!!!! Could I please suggest you make a sister set that has 2 or 3 more sauce pots. That would be perfection to have another 1, 2 and 3 quart sauce pan because let's face it we all need more sauce pans. Please make it happen, I'm sure others would agree. ❤

This pot and pan set is wonderful! I was looking for a cheaper version than the popular name brand set and this is perfect. I noticed a lot of complaints on here about the quality of the set as well as different dishes sticking to the pots and pans. I think that some of the complaints are due to individuals not taking the time to read the instructions prior to first using the set. It states that you should wash them with warm water, dry them thoroughly, season them with an oil of your choice similar to what you would do with a cast iron set, allow them to cool completely, and rinse them again with warm water and soap. I think if you do this and you never use at a temperature higher than medium you should be fine. It’s also important to know your stove, some people might say medium is a level five and under while others may have to cook at a level six and so forth. There are also several other “do not’s in the care instructions. None of which were absolute deal breakers for me. Ultimately, I have not had any issues with the set. If you’re interested in purchasing I’d encourage you to buy and try it out for yourself.

I really loved these when we first purchased them and the following 6 months. After that, it went down hill. Paint is chipping, gold is fading on handle, some spots on the ceramic pans and outside of pan are stained. Last time we buy anything coated. My cast iron pans and stainless steel pans put this set to shame. Glad they were inexpensive, should have known better.

Just got this set and I’m in love! Heavy, very nice quality and so sleek! I ordered the Hunter green and man it’s so pretty. The only thing I wish Members Mark would do is make a matching stock pot! Like an 8qt size or even 8-10qt, big enough for few boxes of spaghetti, or soups, stews, chili. I would so LOVE a matching stock pot!
