I have refreshed the Sams Club page for these pots over a million times trying to score the cream. Unfortunately that has not happened YET but was able to score the blue. Absolutely beautiful pots and will still try to score the cream and have both after seeing the other brands ad.
Worked for about two weeks
They look nice and worked well for about two weeks and then they started sticking to everything even tho we listened to the directions and followed them to a T. We did not even put them in the dishwasher. It didn’t even matter if we put a ton of oil in the pan they would literally stick to everything and ruin our food. We cooked on medium to low heat used the correct tools cleaned them properly and did everything by the book and that did not seem to matter. These pans were terrible.
Wee are sorry to hear about your experience with the cookware set, MDM16. Thank you for following all the directions. To restore the performance of the non-stick surface, we suggest using a deep cleaning method. This involves soaking the cookware in hot, soapy water overnight and then thoroughly washing the surface the next morning. If you are still unhappy please know you can exchange or return the set anytime as part of the Member's Mark 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
The black is not a true black
I wanted the cream forever and waited almost a year for it to come back in stock. I noticed all the reviews said that it discolored easily so when the black came out I decided to go with that instead. The black looked like a deep navy in most lights. I was not impressed with the look and feel of these. I cooked on them once and I wasn’t wowed. I felt like I wasn’t able to sear anything on them due to the intense nonstick. Sadly I had to return them.
Not for everyday use!
When these pots came I really Wa sun love with them. They looked so great. However, after maybe a month I noticed the rim of the pan chipping away. Idk if it’s from the lid or just poor coating. Also, initially there was no sticking but after a few months they began to stick as well. I only use silicone to cook with. The pans that I don’t use that often aren’t as bad but I do cook everyday. This may be cool for a small family or a first pot set but if you cook often and are used to decent cookware this may not be the best choice. But if you’re looking for a nice set to look at, it is easy on the eye until you start to use it.
Great pans
I've been using my blue and gold set for over a month now. The pans are beautiful and cook very well. Cleaning is easy if you follow directions and don't heat above medium. They do take longer to heat up though. The people complaining about scratches and chips - I'm not quite sure how they are handling them but I haven't had any issues. I hand wash and dry them and only use wood or rubber utensils on them and they are still like new. The bad reviews kinda worried me before I bought them, but I think those people are doing something wrong to end up with burnt bottoms and chipping. Just buy them if you are thinking about it, I absolutely love mine.
Great deal
I got these last year at the store in gray. They have been all they are promised to be. The only issue is a scratch or two on the small saucepan which I use daily or nearly. These are heavy and the nonstick is great but also these pans are heavy and well made in my experience.
Thank you for the review and feedback Ann2472. We recommend using wooden or silicone utensils with this set to avoid any scratches or chips in the pans.
Really not worth it
Had these pans less than a year and several had to be tossed out cause they would constantly burn eggs even with oil. The food would get stuck in middle from uneven heat distribution which I dont have with other pans. Save yourself the money and get another brand. Im going to try stainless steel to stay away from nonstick cause this was horrible experience.
We're sorry for your experience with the cookware set, Rebo3. To restore the non-stick performance, we recommend soaking the cookware overnight in hot, soapy water and thoroughly washing the surface the next morning. As a reminder, always use on low to medium heat and avoid sudden temperature change on the cookware itself. are they beautiful, yes! complete trash, yes!
I was super excited about these pans! Ordered them when they first came out. Even landed the white/cream color. They arrived with some scratches and paint chipped. I read the directions and followed to the letter, first month with them, they were great. Nothing was sticking pans where hanging in there. Now 3 months later, EVERYTHING STICKS! It doesn’t matter if it’s been oiled or not. One pan has bad heat rings even tho I have only cooked on low to medium heat. I have always hand washed and no metal but they still have ruined. I would not buy. Even tho they are so pretty :(

Horrible
These pans are horrible. The first time I washed them they got ruined the bottom of the pan. They also stick really bad. Don't cook eggs, meat, or fish in them. I only like the 2 pots from this set. I looked at a lot of reviews about how people love these but do not trust them. They are not worth it. I would rather spend my $160 on 1 or 2 great pans.
We are sorry for your experience with the cookware, Mercy. Here are some tips to help you protect this set. 1) Cook using LOW to MEDIUM HEAT ONLY. The leading cause of material to lose non-stick nature is the use of very high temperature. It could be fatal and damages the ceramic layers causing the material to lose its non-stick nature. 2) Always cool down to room temperature before washing, and hand washing is recommended.3) Due to highly efficient heating, the food juice may be carbonized on the ceramic cooking surfaces at high temperatures, forming tiny black dirt marks. To help remove staining, 1. Pour vinegar onto a scrubbing pad and scrub the stain. Vinegar is effective in removing most stains. 2. Make a paste of 1 tablespoon baking soda and 2 tablespoons vinegar in a pan and fill with warm water. Let the pan sit for a few hours, then scrub the stains. Excellent functionality, a few cosmetic issues
Overall, I love these pans! They are an excellent nonstick pan that doesn’t have teflon. They are super easy to clean and I love that they’re half the price (or less) than the designer brands. My two complaints are purely cosmetic and have nothing to do with how they work. They scratch super easily so you have to be careful with storage, cleaning, what utensils you use, etc. I also got the cream color pans which are beautiful but can stain if you cook with things like turmeric. I was able to get the stains out, but definitely something I didn’t anticipate-probably wouldn’t be an issues with the darker colors. From what I’ve heard the issues with staining and scratching are common to all ceramic pans and just something you have to be aware of when you make the switch. I still highly recommend these pans if you are looking to switch to ceramic. They are super affordable and high quality!
