I have been a lifetime user of Johnson’s baby lotion… only thing as an adult I could use on my highly sensitive skin. Also the only product my kids could use. This has since changed since your formula change… the new lotion is sticky and makes my entire family break out! Also the scent is terrible! Over powering… if I wanted that scent I would have used baby magic because that’s what it seems you are trying to imitate. Bring back the old formula no need to change something so good! If not you’ve lost a lifetime customer

I really love how lightweight and gentle this Johnson’s Baby cream feels on my babies’ skin. It absorbs quickly, keeps their skin soft and moisturized, and leaves than class fresh baby scent that last after bath time. Definitely a great addition to our everyday routine. I love it!

If the rating of ZERO 0️⃣ was an option, I would select it! This “NEW” replacement for the “ORIGINAL” is horrible! It leaves a sticky residue feeling! Bring back the Original lotion and let it be! Johnson’s Company knows better than to make this type of decision! Start with personnel changes before a product change.

Ok, I have been meaning to write this for months... why in the world did you change the formula of you baby lotion? I absolutely hate new the fragrance. I became an avid J&J Baby Lotion user when my daughter was born in 1996, she continued using it as an adult and started using it for her daughter, who was born in 2019. I picked up my usual 16.9 oz w pump, and we noticed the new frangrance. The lotion no longer has the "baby" smell, which made it famous. I have searched everywhere trying to find the original scent to no avail. I am totally disappointed and actually quite annoyed that the scent was changed!
