I used this product with my first two children without any issues. Just used a new bottle for the first time with my 3 week old and my hands started to itch and break out in hives. It seems with the new changes you have added coconut oil which for me is a severe allergen. Thanks a lot for making it to where I can never use your product again. So much for being able to trust it.

I have been using Johnson's Baby lotion my whole adult life I'm over 50. I purchased the new baby lotion and couldn't use it, the New lotion has perfume added to it. I am very sensitive to perfume smells and could not handle the smell. How or where can I get a supply of the old Johnson baby lotion?

Most Mothers use it. And I've been using it for the last 10 years on my children. Johnson's is number one for a reason and that's because it gets the job done! It's gentle on babies sensitive skin and eyes. It smells good. And it leaves baby feeling soft for hours on end! I love Johnson's and I truly do recommend it over other brands of baby lotion.

When my husband came home with this lotion, I thought for sure he had bought the wrong product. I've been using the classic baby lotion for at least 18 years. But, he since he bought it, I figured I would use it. It does NOT smell as baby fresh. It has this weird tinge to it. I could use the classic with all my perfumes and not worry about it clashing, but this new stuff made my perfume stink. It's REALLY thin and watery, and it does NOTHING to moisturize my skin. I put it on after showers and washing my hands, and I have to use a back up lotion just so I won't start itching and having that dry, stretchy feeling. Also, you can't take the top off, which means when you get to the end, you won't be able to open it up and get the last of it. What's the point of that? Sadly, after being being faithful to Johnson's for over 18 years, and through 4 children, I will no longer be using their lotion. It's a sad day, I tell ya. Smh.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Johnson’s Baby Lotion is a very good product. It is quick to absorb and has a soft sweet scent. It also leaves the skin soft and moisturized. I would recommend this product to anyone that would like to have softer younger looking skin.

But once again my son broke out in a rash from using any of these products. Very unfortunate, it smells great and I liked it for myself! Just not for my little. I have been using J&J baby lotion for over 40 years as I am extremely sensitive to smells. I am extremely disappointed with the new version. The smell has been changed and it is not pleasant. I noticed that in the list of ingredients, that "fragrance" is now listed where it hasn't been before. Also, it doesn't appear that the bottle can be opened which will mean that not all of the lotion can be used. Which, I guess, won't be a problem as I will now have to find a new lotion to us.

It’s 2019. How is there not a way to incorporate the ORIGINAL scent with the new ingredients the company clearly wants? (Even though I like the old formula better). I used to recommend J&J baby lotion to ALL of my friends because it was amazing on my combination skin, didn’t make me break out, and didn’t make my skin oily. It was my secret. The perfect moisturizer. Now it’s ruined and I smell like garbage.

I should have listened to the reviews. It’s horrible and not the great product it’s been for the last 40 years. I believe this product was designed for the younger crowd who swear by coconut everything! I certainly do not agree with this method of thinking. It’s unfortunate for loyal customers!
