Dear Johnson & Johnson. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am that you have changed the original formula for your Baby Lotion. I am 62 years old and have used it daily since I was 12 years old. It is the only moisturizer I have evet used on my skin. Not only is the formula different, but the bottling is horrible! Why would you want to change something that has been a staple in many households for many years??? If you want to offer another option, that is fine but please do not penalize your most loyal customers. Please bring the original formula back...and soon!!! Remember when Coke decided to change its original formula???? It was also a flop!!! What were you thinking???? Pleae re-evaluate this decision...I see that there are many others writing in to expresss their disappointment as well....worth paying attention, J&J!!! Thank.you!

I have used this lotion for years. But with the new pump/top on the 27.1 FL OZ, once the pump can't reach the lotion, you have alot of lotion left at the bottom that of course you don't want to waste but there is no way to get the top off. I end of having to cut the bottle with scissors. Shouldn't have to do that and shouldn't have to waste the rest of the lotion!

I have been using J&J Baby Lotion for over 30 years....first on my children, and then as my own overall moisturizer. I wasn't happy when J&J changed the color and the fragrance several years ago (I think it was 2020), but the lotion worked so well, I got over it. I recently bought more and discovered that the new formula is greasy, doesn't absorb well, and has little, if any, fragrance. I know this product is intended for babies, but guess what, J&J...moms like to use it on themselves! I suggest you bring back the old formula....two formulas ago, before you changed the pink color and fragrance... and market it to adults. In the meantime, you've lost a long-time customer. I will not buy that disgusting new formula again.

I’ve been using Johnson & Johnson’s baby lotion for close to 30 years and will, unfortunately, be saying goodbye thanks to the new formula. The new formula takes too long to absorb into the skin and feels sticky. I actually liked when they re-did the formula a few years ago, but this one is a no for me.

There are many negative reviews about this reformulated pink lotion not being the same as the old one. I, however, mommy of three, appreciate Johnson's for removing the parabens, phthalates and dyes from this product. These ingredients have no business being in a product that is made for babies and children so thank you Johnson & Johnson for removing these bad ingredients and for making this wonderful product in the United States.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not a huge fan of Johnson’s baby line, mostly because our pediatrician recommended against it when my son was younger. I’m not sure if it was due to previous ingredients or what but I found other products I loved over time. This smells like classic Johnson’s which gives you all the new baby feels. Always a great price point, and seems to moisturize well. I don’t think I’d switch from our usual but I love the scent it does what it claims. Maybe I’d use it for myself!

I have been buying this lotion for years. It has been watered down so badly that I will not buy another bottle. If it isn't broke; don't fix it. Stop trying to improve on products that have stood the test of time. Thick, creamy, non-greasy. That was what I bought it for. Please put it back the way it was. Sincerely, Everyone who likes things the way they were.

I’ve used Johnson and Johnson baby lotion my entire life and now the formula has changed and it’s nothing like the old formula. So sad that the smell and the texture is gone. I appreciate the attempt for a more natural lotion but I wish you would sell the old formula for people who want the old formula and the new for the people who would like that. So sad!

I will preface this review by stating that I have been using Johnson's Baby Lotion for many, many years. When I received the latest bottle, I was taken aback by the consistency of the lotion. It did not resemble the previous formula of baby lotion in the slightest. The new formula has turned this lotion into the consistency of sunscreen. It takes several minutes to rub it into the skin, it does not leave the skin feeling smooth, and the skin becomes ashen again in no time. I'm not sure who suggested this change, but I would appreciate this lotion being returned to the previous version/formula. I believe you all would have better success with that version.
