I am extremely disappointed and unimpressed with the NEW Johnson's Baby Lotion. The best part about the old version was the scent which the new version is lacking entirely. Why was a new product created when there was nothing wrong with the old one? I will definitely be looking for a different product in hope of finding one that is more like the ORIGINAL Johnson's Baby Lotion. This is very disappointing as I have used ORIGINAL Johnson's Baby Lotion daily for well over 23 years.

I have been using Johnsons baby lotion all my 49 years. My skin is very sensitive and nearly all other lotions feel like a coating of grease on my skin. Baby lotion is really the only lotion that feels good and smells good but now it doesn't rub into my skin properly and smells like awful cheap air freshener for the car. I'm so disappointed that they would change something that had been reliable for so long. Either go back to the old formula or offer a classic baby lotion option.

I've been using Johnson's baby lotion for 33 years now. I love it, is the only lotion I use, but NOW something changed. The formula is different, the color is different, the smell is different, it feels different and it sucks!! Please bring the old formula back! I really dont like it!!! I was very happy with the old one, not all improvements are good!! Thanks and good night!

J&J baby lotion (pink) is the only lotion I have used for 30 years! I used it all over after every shower. It’s the only moisturizer I used on my face also. I’m so unhappy with the new formula. It’s greasy, doesn’t make my skin as soft, doesn’t apply as smoothly. I’m so glad to see other people agree. I hope you go back to original or at least offer a choice between the two.

I am a 66 year old female and have been using the original lotion most of my life.. both on body and face.. I am a redhead with sensitive skin and I never had a problem... loved the wonderful scent... it became MY scent.... recently purchase the new and not improved version... so so unhappy... that wonderful scent is gone and the lotion is far too thin.. does not moisture as the original product did.... will not purchase again... I suggest bringing back the original lotion and market it as original pink baby lotion for adults!!!!! Thank you!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fragrance for this new pink bottle lotion does not seem to be as strong as I can recall the "regular" Johnson's lotion being. It was light and pleasant, and the lotion had a good feel to it. My daughter liked it.

Why did you change the formula??? I get that you’re trying to have gentler ingredients but I feel like the quality has been compromised! I was going to use this lotion for life but now I have to find something new. The smell and consistency of the original formula was WAY better! This new formula feels watery and smells bad on my skin. Please bring back the original! Listen to your consumers!

Since I was young I have used this lotion. Recently I purchased a new big bottle of l li tion and it stinks. Its not the Johnson & Johnson lotion scent that I used every morning and evening to lotion up. What gives? Why change the original scent. This new scent is horrible. Where can I buy the iriginal scent at?

I went to buy the lotion and saw they changed the bottle and when I tried it..it felt completely different. it's dry, the fragrance is overwhelming and the consistency and color changed. I really wish they brought back the old version. My family's been using it since I was a kid and l had planned to use it on my babies but I'm going to have to find a new brand to use. Our skin is too sensitive for all the changes and this lotion was the only one that I really felt comfortable with.

I've been using this lotion every day for 50+ years, but I cannot use the new formula. Everything about it is awful, especially the reality that it doesn't absorb into your skin. It leaves a horrible white coating on my skin - I hate it! Please bring back the original formula. If you have to make a new and improved then have both, so those of us who are lifelong customers don't have to leave. Right now, J&J has left me no choice. I cannot use the new formula. When I first got it I thought it was a defective bottle and I returned it. When the second bottle was the same I thought it was the store and the whole batch was bad, so I went to a different retailer and bought it. But alas, it was the same. Not usable. And definitely wouldn't use it on a baby's skin, given that it causes my own skin such trouble.
