I have used the baby lotion for 40 years and love the smell and how well it moisturises my skin. Last week I went to buy a new bottle and saw that the packaging had changed to an ugly looking pump pack. I can live with this as the bottle lives in my bathroom cupboard.....but I can't live with what you have done to the formulation. It smells disgusting, the formulation is thin and drying to a point where my skin is now dry, itchy and flaky from 1 weeks use. Please bring back the old formulation as the new one smells dreadful and drys skin out. I have just stock piled the old formulation from my local chemist - will use this and then I guess find another lotion to replace the one that I have used and trusted for years.

I am 66 and I have been using this lotion for years. Love it and makes my skin look healthy. I bought another bottle the other day. Says New Formula on it. I liked the old formula so much better. It is hard to get the new formula rubbed in. Why did you change formulas? Question below asked if I would recommend this product to a friend. Yes I have recommended it to a lot of friends, but now I don’t think I would. I think this is a great product, but not the new formula. Thank you, Beverly

What were you thinking? When we buy Johnson's baby lotion we aren't just buying lotion we are buying the nostalgic SMELL of Johnson's baby lotion. You really messed this new stuff up. It smells like a cheap dollar store baby scented doll from China. HORRIBLE!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always loved the original pink Johnson and Johnson baby lotion. I've used it for all my babies, and myself. The classic baby scent, it's just the standard for baby lotion. Enter this reformulated version - I was a little leary of the coconut oil, because that doesn't always work well for me. But, this is magical. It's got the same classic scent, but it absorbs even faster if that's possible. It's still thick, rich and creamy, but offers a silky feel. Even on my squirmy wormy baby, it's quickly absorbed and quick to apply. And, seriously, I love the larger pump bottles - one handed use makes my life way easier.

I bought this recently and would like to return it. I have been using the old formula for my children, I used it growing up and even still as an adult. The new smell is terrible. I had to wash off my hands after putting it on my son.. I could not stand the disappointing perfume smell. I LOVED the old smell so mild and fresh and is that iconic baby smell. I understand you are trying to keep up with changing market trends, products made by the honest company, babyganics ect. We the consumer just want to know these products are safe not the number of ingredients. I trusted Johnson's for my baby care because you have been around for generations, it takes me back to my childhood and because I believe you are safe. You will loose me as a consumer with this new product. Please bring back the old one.

I am so heartbroken that the classic Johnson’s Baby Lotion is being pulled from shelves. The new formula is thin and watery and leaves an uncomfortable-feeling film on the skin. It doesn’t nourish and moisturize like the thick, creamy original version. Most upsetting is the new scent. My favorite frangrance in the whole world is the fresh, comforting scent of Original Johnson’s Pink Baby Lotion. This product has been beloved for years and known for the scent. The new version smells nothing like the original. It actually smells more artificial and gives me a headache. I have migraine headaches and could never use this new version because it is so permume-y and harsh smelling. I have used Johnson’s Baby Lotion my entire life, over 20 years, but I will NOT buy this new product. It is inferior in all ways. PLEASE BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL PINK JOHNSON’S BABY LOTION.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product free for review. This lotion worked great. It left the baby soft and smelling good. It didn't leave behind any greasy residue. I also use it on myself sometimes and it works great on me too.

I would always use this baby lotion. But now the bottle and secent I think has changed! The bottle is very ugly from what it was, we do not appreciate this change. The lotion was very moisturizing and the scent was amazing. Please change the bottles back

Or at least make that an option for buyers, please. I know it's been years, but I am yearning for that old formula and have collected as much resell bottles as possible, still having to worry about it being completely gone after I use them all up for me and my child. Please this is just so important for some of us who has been a customer since we were children.

Not to mention it has the best baby smell ever. I love how soft and gentle my baby feels after use. I love massaging onto her skin and that it is 100% gentle & free of dyes, parabens & phthalates. Its a brand I trust especially since it is dermatologist- and pediatrician-tested.
