GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH MY NEW SAMSUNG TV TU700 55''

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm using the TU700 55" about three months now, I will not hesitate recommending it for my friends and families, I don't regret buying it, This is the best TV I bought, it looks so big on my wall since it's so thiny, I put it on the wall not on the table because I have kids, and I found the wall mounting a good idea, the sound looks great and amplified perfectly within need of an amplifier. We used it must for streaming and movies in the different platforms online, but I also like the apps included or some games I install and I enjoy playing with my kids, the kids loves it so much especially when playing cartoon movies, every Friday night it's a family movie with kids, but everyday else is adult watching, and since I work from home, I usually use it to play music or some of my favorite podcasts on the different platforms, which gives me a great experience while working. It also allow me to connect my laptop if I need a better bigger space on my laptop. When lights are off and the kids are sleeping, the picture looks so great on the screen, since I'm a fan of the UHD or great quality videos, this is a great alternative of the cinema in some cases. If any one thinking buying a TV soon, I would recommend this one for the medium living room, but it gonna also be a good one for the small room, especially for a bedroom.

Satisfied customer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been the most ip to date TV i have ever owned and the picture is second to none. It looks like you could reach in through a window to whats on the other side. Simply amazing considering I grew up on a 19 in black and white TV.

I USE IT FOR X-BOX X, MIRROR THE OCULUS TO IT, WEB BROWSING, NETFLIX, HULU, EVEN HAS ITS OWN CHANNELS AS LONG AS CONNECTED TO WIFI. MEETS ALL MY NEEDS AND THEN SOME. LOVE THIS TV AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

Gorgeous picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My boys surprised me with this TV. I love it. Gorgeous picture. My favorite feature is "amplify" under volume settings. I'm mostly deaf in one ear. Amplify really makes it easier to hear and keeps the actual volume down.

Great TV for the price.

Since this was for my bedroom I didn't really need QLED or 120hz screen, so why pay for it. I would definitely buy again if the need arose.

This is television taken to a whole other level!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had no idea how impressed I was going to be when selecting the Samsung TU7000 Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV to replace an older set which had finally played out in our family den. I have been a Samsung product user for a number of different devices over the years. Since I have chosen and purchased other Samsung products before, I have not ever been disappointed with my choice. After purchasing and getting my new Samsung TU7000 Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV home, I didn't hesitate a second before taking it out of the box. At first glance, you know you have chosen a state of the art, high quality piece of technology. The setup was a piece of cake! In no time, we were enjoying a whole new dynamic viewing experience. The picture is so real, it's like being there in person. If it is features that turns you on, I am still finding new ways to do things like I never thought were possible to be done via TV before. You will definitely wonder how did they make a product so awesome as this!

Poor quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After less than two years of use, the upper right corner of the tv screen is noticeably dimmer than the rest of the tv. It seems as if a section of lighting has stopped working. Disappointed in the quality.

Hi Michael, It's disappointing to hear that your TU7000 TV screen is having image issues. I recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps to ensure the problem is not with an external device. 1. Check all input cable connections if any external devices are connected. 2. If the issue persists, define precisely what is wrong with the display. For example, mosaics and blocks, multiple lines or white dots, or fixed, horizontal, or vertical lines. 3. Try changing channels using the remote control. Is the issue the same on all channels? 4. Press the Home button (looks like a house), select Source, and choose another input source. Is the issue the same on all sources? 5. If the same problem persists, run a diagnostic test. (Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test) 6. If the problem disappears during the test, check your TV signal (Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Signal Information) to check the signal strength. The signal strength must be more than 20 dB (more than 4 bars on the icon) for stable signal reception Should your issue persist, don't hesitate to get in touch with Samsung Customer Support. Love the clarity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wasn't sure how Samsung free TV worked, initially, but now enjoy having free live TV. I gave it a 4, because I dont like the remote. I would have preferred a voice remote in 2020. The button configuration is crowded and when you have to search, the time delay in the letter input lags.

Great tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the TV, the color and picture are great. My only complaint is sometimes when it's been on NetFlix or another app it's hard to convert it back to basic cable, Like it doesn't Read the cable box. I'll admit it may be user error but I've done everything the manual said to do. The only way I can get it to work is unplug the HDMI cable and go through the process again.
