way too msny preinstalled apps. even better, you cant uninstall them. if it werent for the numerous apps i cant get rid of i would giive this tv 4, maybe even 5 stars.

Unfortunately this new tv loses its sound periodically. I have to turn it off and wait a few minutes Usually when I turn it back on the sound will work for awhile. This is very annoying Otherwise I am pleased with the size and the pictures
