Poor connection

Bought this a few months back, constantly has issues staying connected to the wifi and reconnecting can take forever, and it is about 10ft from the router. All other devices we own have no issues. Stay Away!!

Use 5Ghz Wi-Fi if possible 2. Try wired LAN if available 3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update. You can enable automatic updates for convenience. Go to Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update. I hope these tips help resolve your concerns. Good tv

Great TV. But, don't like the remote. All the buttons are in the wrong spot, maybe it takes getting use to.....logistically the main functions don't line up........play, stop, etc. Free channels were a great surprise.

Issue with wireless connection

Paul: Thank you for purchasing the TU7000 TV and for your review. I am very sorry that you are experiencing Wi-Fi connection issues. You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection: 1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m). 2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (WiFi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.) 3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings >Support> Device Care> Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test 4) Please be sure you have the latest firmware update which enhances network connectivity.
