Good for the value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 4K video quality seems lower than I would have expected, but I guess it's related to the cost. Sometimes the video quality looks great, but sometimes the iPad or my 4 year old computer looks more detailed than the TV.

Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. Next, if the picture you’re seeing is not to your liking, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting. Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage: 1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments. 2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience. 3) Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room. 4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. 5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching. You can also go to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine-tune your image. Finally, if you are using an external device; below are some tips to help improve picture clarity: 1) HDMI cables are recommended for optimal HD viewing. 2) If you have an analog cable box or satellite box, upgrade to a digital cable box or satellite box. 3) Change the output resolution of your devices, such as digital broadcast receivers, IPTV, and set-top boxes, to UHD or HD. Samsung is best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was a little hesitant at first now knowing much about the Samsung Crystal UHD Smart Tizen TV, I was unsure about the Tizen part, but WOW this processor is fantastic and the Crystal Picture is fantastic even for me using the Wireless connection for streaming Holy Cow this thing is fantastic for the money. It's not an OLED but if money is an issue, this is a must if it is in your budget. Truly satisfied with this TV the Narrow boarder bezel around the screen is really present. As far as the remote, goes, there is a little bit of getting use to but it is way nicer that others in this Class, Glare can be an issue if this it to be positioned in a really bright environment, but then again what TV isn't? Would I put this TV up against Sony, or LG in a heartbeat, once again for this price point it is spot on

Experiencing my Samsung TU Crystal 65" TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Right out of the box the setup was extremely easy and fast! The remote that came with the TV is a breeze and because it's universal I was able to set my DVD player to it as well. The picture is breathtaking with such clarity and depth, and the colors are vivid. The sound is fantastic, with no need for a sound bar. I would and do recommend this TV. I'm a member of the " Insiders ", and my username is Blackthorn. I was offered this TV at a reduced price in exchange for my review.

Absolutely garbage

i have a fire stick and a sound bar connected via optical cable. everything worked great for about a month. than all of i couldn't change the volume on the sound bar with the tv remote. tried everything with no luck. and now it won't recognize fire stick either i even bought a new one and it still won't work. i have never owned a tv that gave me so many issues and i have 4. stay away from this product at all costs!

When you are connecting your devices that supply 4K content to your TV, such as your Fire TV Stick, there is one very important step you need to do on your Samsung TV. You need to enable Input Signal Plus. Press the Home button on your TV remote, and then navigate to and select Settings > General. Select External Device Manager, and then select Input Signal Plus. Select the HDMI port you connected your device to, and then press Select to turn the feature On. I hope this helps. Not Like my old Samsung!

i purchased this model because of good experience with an older samsung tv. however, i am very disappointed with the poor picture quality on this new tv. the picture is way too bright and looks blurry all the time. i have spent hours trying all available picture quality settings and am still unhappy. i am using charter hd digital cable as an input (was great on my old tv) so i know i have a good quality input. i also had a lot of trouble getting the sound to sync correctly, it was like watching an old godzilla move! i would not recommend this tv for living room viewing, it would be ok for a large bar or restaurant.

I am sorry to hear that you are not completely happy with your TV’s picture, and you are having issues getting your sound to sync. There are several image settings you can adjust to your liking such as Picture Mode and Expert Settings. Choose a Picture Mode by going to Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and choose from Dynamic, Standard, Natural, Movie, or Filmmaker Mode. If your picture seems too bright, you may want to try the NATURAL picture mode which is designed to reduce eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience. You can further adjust your sharpness, brightness, contrast, color, tint, contrast, white balance, and more by going to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings For optimal motion image performance, you may want to adjust the picture clarity setting by going to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings If you are hearing an audio delay across all sources/channels and you have a Home Theatre System or other speakers connected to your TV, you can access the Audio Delay settings to increase the audio delay. Go to: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Delay Please know that our 2020 TVs do have an audio Pass-Through feature. This feature allows the audio signal to be sent out unprocessed to an external Soundbar or receiver connected to the TV. The external Soundbar or receiver then processes the audio, thereby eliminating the added step of processing by the TV, which adds delay. On your TV go to: Settings > Audio > Expert Settings > Digital Audio Output Format > Pass-Through I hope this helps. Love Iy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The television is lightweight yet durable. The sound quality is good but it could use a sound bar for music. The picture is crystal clear. The graphics on games like Minecraft, Grand Theft Auto, and Dark Souls are amazing. All of my favorite apps like Hulu, Netflix, and Prime are available and Samsung provides their tv at no cost. I recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade their media experience.

Highly recommend TU7000 Crystal UHD

Great TV

Once or twice it has disconnected from my home wifi and have to do a reset , but that doesn't happen often. The picture is really clear and Im glad I choose this tv !

Poor quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After less than two years of use, the upper right corner of the tv screen is noticeably dimmer than the rest of the tv. It seems as if a section of lighting has stopped working. Disappointed in the quality.

Hi Michael, It's disappointing to hear that your TU7000 TV screen is having image issues. I recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps to ensure the problem is not with an external device. 1. Check all input cable connections if any external devices are connected. 2. If the issue persists, define precisely what is wrong with the display. For example, mosaics and blocks, multiple lines or white dots, or fixed, horizontal, or vertical lines. 3. Try changing channels using the remote control. Is the issue the same on all channels? 4. Press the Home button (looks like a house), select Source, and choose another input source. Is the issue the same on all sources? 5. If the same problem persists, run a diagnostic test. (Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test) 6. If the problem disappears during the test, check your TV signal (Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Signal Information) to check the signal strength. The signal strength must be more than 20 dB (more than 4 bars on the icon) for stable signal reception Should your issue persist, don't hesitate to get in touch with Samsung Customer Support. Great picture and UI interface

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I bought this TV to take advantage of new gaming systems. I mostly game and stream videos with this and it's easy to set up. The smart things app is a God send in my opinion. I can even use my phone to turn it on and change the channel for my dog when I'm at work! Over all I'm really happy with this purchase it's a great tv for gameing and it automatically ajusts the settings if you go between a game or streaming a movie. I would definitely recommend and have!
