Bad buy

Bought this tv a year ago and has already gone out the tv randomly just went black I've tried to reset following steps I've seen online and nothing seems to help warranty has already expired ,paid way too much for it to last only a year

you name it this tv has it! the tv is amazing has great sound, picture, & awesome channels! it was easy to connect to the internet and figure out! 10 outta 10 recommended

Worst tv ive had

great picture but this tv sucks. theres like 5 steps just to set a timer. it wouldnt load and app si deleted it and now it wont let me re-download it. plus it was annoying to learn with no actual home screen. samsung tvs suck.

Please try the following troubleshooting steps: Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care. This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps if any. We also suggest you check your internet connection: 1. Use 5G WiFi if possible 2. Try wired LAN if available 3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router I hope this helps to solve your concerns.
