[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleasantly surprised with my purchase. The screen picture quality is impressive. Clear and the colors are accurate. I wish there was a way to automatically bypass the Samsung TV app when turning on the tv. It's a minor inconvenience overall.

i seen the vibrant color and detail on this tv and i fell in love. so my kids surprised me for christmas. well, the picture is the only thing good about this tv. the tv continuously loses connection with the internet and starts to buffer and the message, “something occurred while streaming samsung plus tv”. the only way to correct the problem is to unplug the tv. i feel awful that my kids spent their hard earned money on this gift. i hate to tell them they wasted their money. at this point, i would be happy with my old tv, at least i would be able to actually watch the tv shows.

The gaming experience is definitely automatically upgraded with this unit.

Because of having Samsung's in the past, I am very familiar with the menu options. The picture and sound are very good. I'm not crazy about the streaming capabilities of this tv. I had a roku before and that was easy to use. Also, I'm not crazy about the default news channel being a fox station, but that's personal preference. I'm getting used to the streaming app on this tv. I would describe it as “clunky “ compared to a roku. But it works fine, and again, a lot of my opinion is what I'm used to in the past. Overall, I'm happy with this tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in a studio apto and I was looking for a tv not too big not to small with wifi capabilities and this one was the perfect match, love the picture, the software is fast enough and the control remote is excellent; I wish comes with lighted button, but after that I love it. Also I used the Samsung apps for my iPhone. Love it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the picture on my Crystal HD TV. When I watch sports however, the ESPN bottom line is blurry for a small portion of the message. Not too great. Overall, if you don't watch sports, this TV should work well. TP

Whenever friends come over for movies they compliment the picture quality and sound. My only gripe with this TV is that sometimes switching between apps is a little laggy. Otherwise great TV.

Then I wondered why it took so long For me to buy a Samsung TV. This has to be one of the best TVs I have ever Purchased. I love all the features and all the apps that I can install . I also love the fact then I can add the apps to my homepage gives me easy access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and HBO max. The picture that I am getting on this TV is amazing it is so clear crisp and clean. The set up was also very very easy end it was very easy to program the remote control to my cable box. I don't really have anything to complain about this TV except the fact that it took me so long to buy one!!! Thank you for such a wonderful TV at a great price.

You have options to add apple tv right on the home screen, you can even play your apple music. They have a variety of apps you can download for many of your needs. I would 100% recommend this TV to anyone that doesn't really know what they want. And it comes at an amazing price!!
