Would be great if all the smart features worked.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture on the screen itself is awesome but I really bought the tv for the smart features and the autorun feature does not work at all. I'm a cord cutter and I would just like the tv to automatically open in the last app used and the auto run feature is supposed to facilitate that; it doesn't. At all. Makes it a little bit hard to figure out how to use the tv for my 75yr old grandmother. So I'm disappointed in that aspect.But the tv itself works out well.

Great SmarTv

Love the remote

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just love my new Samsung tv. I bought two in one month. One for our patio and one for my women cave. I love the picture. It's crystal clear color is bright and colorful. As a woman I just needed a simple remote. Easy access to Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime. It has a quick button for each and easy streaming right from my iPhone. I bought a 43 inch 7000 and a 50 inch 8000 now my husband once to get one for his man cave. He loves mine and now see's why I wanted Samsung tv's. I definitely recommend Samsung tv's.

Good for value

my biggest complaint with this tv is the older remote that comes standard with it. it has too many buttons and it is hard to differentiate between them in the dark. i bought their smart remote and attempted to pair it but apparently the tv can't handle that.

This tv has excellent features

One of the main reasons I bought this tv I'm hard of hearing so I needed a tv that would allow me to use headphones without canceling external speakers. Works perfect!!!

Good quality if there wasn't a bright spot

i've been a samsung tv owner for many years now, so i was excited to get another for a different room. unfortunately, there is a bright spot in the top middle part of the screen that never goes away! i looked up past reviews, and it looks like this is a common issue and not a defect that went into recall. sad the tv has this spot as the apps all work fine on it and it's user friendly.

Awesome product and features

Watching movies on it makes me feel like I'm the director filming the movie or tv show because it looks so live and in person. I also absolutely love the built in Samsung tv plus. It is built in tv that only requires and internet connection. I have canceled my cable service and use the built in tv and streaming platforms. Love this product would highly recommend!

Best Tv so far!

It is always fast at changing services and titles The only issue I have had is seeing what is happening when it is dark on the show. I have tried adjusting all of the settings but it is still too dark. I have had a lot of TV's over the years and despite the issue above it is the best TV I have had so far. The resolution, versatility and overall performance make this the best TV I have owned. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a great picture and much more.

Horizontal lines appear across screen

i was super excited about this telly. i purchased the mount and added on the additional $80 for professional instal. the telly arrived within a week of the order, and sat in its box, unopened, until the mount arrived about three weeks later. i didn't mind the long wait: its the holiday season and covid can cause more delays. anyway, today the installer arrived to mount the telly. it looked great. until it was turned on and horizontal lines were noticed running across about a third of the screen. so disappointed. i contacted samsung and they were great at coordinating a service call for the set to be repaired, at no cost. will report back after the service.

Great TV

i feel like i hit the lottery, going from a 32-inch to a 55-inch tv in my bedroom. but i couldn't pass up this television and its wonderful picture. my only complaint was no written directions for setting it up, only photos. while a picture is worth a thousand words, it would have been helpful to have a written how-to. but this tv is still a keeper. the last one lasted 15-plus years. i hope this one will do the same.
