Great features and easy navigation.

It's easy to navigate with all the streaming services together, quick to find, and can add any of yours that aren't in the preset options. It even came with some tv channels including music and movie options.

This TV is great for whatever you want to watch!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off the apps feature on the TV is great and super convenient, all the apps load quickly and they all are bug free. the streaming quality is perfect as well. connecting to wifi and setting the TV up was super easy and quick. Another thing is the sound. For a TV speaker the sound truly holds up well. For movies and music the speaker can have good quality range and bass and for a college student helps for me not to have to invest in a speaker for the TV. The 4k quality for the 43' though is the best. It makes everything I watch seems 10x better. This TV is clearly worth the $$$ and shows it's dominance over the other TV brands. Lastly the size and thin edges (display) are great for my dorm. it is big and a perfect size for where i live

43 inch Samsung Smart Tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great tv. It was easy to hook up straight from the box. Easy to attach the 3 stand/legs. It was easy to set up when first turning it on. The color and sound of the tv are really nice and clear. We liked that it is compatible with amazon Alexa. It does pause randomly every know and then, other than that we love it.

65" TU7000 UHD Samsung TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tv has a fairly crisp image, but lacks some nits(brightness), only 60hz regardless whether Samsung uses their(because Samsung is the only company who does list the specs making it not only confusing for the general consumer, but it is also untrue. I'd recommend either a top tier QLED or the competition's OLED lineup instead of this tv.

Such amazing TV,

I really like how you can control the TV with the smart things app in your phone. I'm still finding amazing features as time passes. Can't wait to upgrade to a new one later.

Yes it's a true Alien TECH TV.

I also have my Alexis integrated to enable streaming and showing music which I'm listening to. I've measured for my soon to be addition of the newest Samsung 65" or 70" TV. THE 65" IS MY CHOICE CAN'T WAIT. I'M EXTREMELY HAPPY TO HAVE CHOSEN MY TV.

Newly Converted Samsung junkie.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Curve tv for everything from steaming UFC and NFL to using the Screensaver as a comfort tool for my 8 months old. Everything about it is incredible and easy to use. It's amazing how flawlessly and quickly I can hook my phone up to it and change it to a PC monitor with DEX or just stream anything on it. The built in speaker make Unnecessary to have the purchase any sound systems it was but I have and and it Elevated my entertainment system To the next level. It's also great that I can have the sound coming out of both the optical I have the TV speakers itself at the same time. When LG left the phone business there was a void in my life because I've been a long long long time lg user there and my Samsung curve with with the intrigue of foldable phones Piqued my interest enough to pull the trigger on the Samsung Z fold 3 5G And now with the happiness I've had from my last 2 Samsung purchases it's converted me completely to Samsung for for all of my products. I'm now Samsung Lifer and couldn't be happier.

Great picture, horrible network connectivity

tv worked great for the first 2 months. now every time i turn it on i have to do a reset and go through hoops just to reconnect it to my wifi. i can bypass by using a firestick or other device but i would rather be able to just use the tv's apps. such a pain. would not recommend.

A recent firmware update is available which may help improve your connection. (1420.0 released on 1/5/21) Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. Slow, only reliable somtimes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this TV, the overall quality is good. But there are times when the software is so slow and I have to wait 10 seconds (or more) for the system to catch up before I can hit another button on the remote. I have also had problems with the picture flashing or not showing colors properly during bright scenes. It also bothers me that some applications are not available on the version of Tizen that works on this model. The most up-to-date software should be available.

ST73628: Thank you for sharing your experience with the TU7000 TV. I am sorry that you are experiencing some delayed response when using your remote. To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. I hope this helps to solve your concerns. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to Settings>Support>Software Update Both the current version and new version number will be displayed. The current version is what your TV is using and the new version is the latest update. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience by selecting > Auto Update. Beautiful Crystal Clear Viewing
