[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung TV for streaming my favorite streaming apps. I mainly wat h movies and cartoon series. I love that all of my apps are accessible on the home screen!! I just push a button and they're right there!! The sound is great and colors beautiful. The only things that bother me about my TV is how dark it is when watching films with dark movie sets. I even turn off my lights and adjust the brightness without affecting the picture quality. But it's still very hard to see for someone who is visually impaired. We need a way to brighten up the dark films. The remote is also very confusing. It took me a couple of weeks to adjust to it. It's not set up for convenience at all in my opinion. If it weren't for those things, this TV would definitely have 5 stars!! I'm addicted to Sam's now, so they're not losing my business!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great TV especially if you own other Samsung devices. I love how easy it is to connect my Galaxy note 20 phone right to my TV screen. Even easier now with the tap feature where the TV automatically connects my phone. It's fast switching between my streaming apps, it can handle anything you throw at it between Samsung Dex, screen share, or just regular tv streaming. Would definitely recommend.

Picture quality is great and I haven't had any issues. We won't buy another brand!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a gamer, bought this TV primarily for this reason and it has performed beautifully, colors are brilliantly reproduced, black and white balance amazing well... and as a result, I couldn't be happier.

i own 2 other samsung tv s (not crystal) and i don't see any difference in quality or clarity of the picture. the remote sucks. you want the volume on 17? press button 17 times, you must press the key each and every time u want to adjust volume, change channel, back up and replay youtube videos. i prefer easy remotes. you press and hold buttons and they keep changing until you release.

We watch satellite tv, we stream from many different outlets, we have attached a VCR/dvd player to go ‘old school' to view old family tapes. Also watch a movie from time to time.

The features are awesome and the quality is unparalleled. I bought this tv for my den and if I ever need (want) another tv for another room I will definitely be buying Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WE RECENTLY GOT THIS TV, I HADN'T EVER HEARD OF IT, OR THE CRYSTAL UHD 4K, BUT WE WERE PLEASANTLY SURPRISED! THE PICTURE QUALITY IS OUT OF THIS WORLD AND IT COMES PRE-LOADED WITH CHANNELS (NOT SUBSCRIPTION ITEMS, LIKE FOR REAL CHANNELS!!) WE COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH THE SMART OPTIONS, THE PICTURES AND THE ACCESS TO THE CHANNELS, THIS WAS AN UNEXPECTED SURPRISE, AND HAPPY TO HAVE MADE THE LEAP!

I have had this model for a little less than 2 years. The screen went completely black out of nowhere. After troubleshooting I was able to get the picture back for about a week and then it died again!!! Now there is no recovering the picture and Samsung has quoted me some outrageous repair price that will probably amount to more than I paid for the TV when I bought it! I loved this tv when it worked but am very hesitant to purchase another. I have heard this model is known to be defective, I wish there was more compensation for the money lost on this product!

Has play store which is soo cool you can download apps & do so many of your favorite things on it BTW also comes with free samsung TV on it which I thought was a cool little perk even if you don't need or use it always good to have ! So I would totally recommend I'd give it 10/10
