Product has changed. It's rough and actually hurt my butt!!! Corporate making sub-par product to save money with no concern for customer satisfaction!! Highly disappointed!!!

Something has changed in the quality and softness. I have only bought this toilet paper for years and never had to worry about roughness. Now the last few packages have been very cheap feeling.
