My family used Angel Soft for years, but during Covid it became weak, didn't absorb as well, crumbled and it was not working for us. However, we're back to using Angel Soft and are very satisfied with the strength & durability. It's pretty much back as an acceptable & good toilet paper.

I have been a fan of Angel Soft for a long time but your quality has been slipping. It keeps getting thinner and smaller in width & sheets. I am attaching a pic of sheets that are from a roll I recently opened. There is hardly any print on the front and it’s all crinkled. I certainly can’t put this on the holder in case someone stops by & needs to use the bathroom. I keep it separate & we only use it. I have attached 2 pics.

I have always been a lover of all Angel Soft products, however, my last two purchases were a complete upset. Every single roll had a blob of (I'm guessing to be) scrap paper from factory. Every 4or so squares was accompanied by a patch of shredded up paper. My bathroom gets messy enough with two teenaged boys, plus it's not fun to have to tap the fuzzball off before you can wipe.

Great product. Soft!
