Just buy great value, ultra strong. This TP isnt soft at all. I dont how they get away with having "soft" in the name. its aleo thin enough that you can see through it. I really regret buying such a big pack

I have been purchasing the individuallly wrapped mega rolls by the case for several years. They are the best for my sewage setup. The recent case is considerably worse that in past years. It feels like thin and very tearable single ply. I’ll be looking for a new brand next year😞.

I bought a big pkg. 24 mega rolls, 2 ply and on pkg says soft and strong. This 2 ply paper is thinner than any other toilet paper I have ever bought. I can see through the 2 plies. I have bought this product before and do not recall it being so thin. I am sure these rolls are 1 ply. Very disappointing.

How do you calculate that a mega roll is equal to four rolls? A mega roll has 320 sheets. No manufacturer only has 80 sheets to a single roll. Even is you say that since it’s two-ply, each sheet counts as two, that’s absolutely misleading. Nobody takes a two ply and splits each sheet into two sheets.

I brought this pack just last week as soon as I used the first roll, it Was shredding the whole world Was like that I like to know how I can get a coupon or my money back because all roads were defected this way most of them about half more than half were defected. I have pictures.

I purchased your product for years when it was first introduced, so I remember the softness and plushness of the original Angel Soft. Recently, I purchased Angel Soft Mega Roll. What happened? This isn't the Angel Soft I remember! This Angel Soft is rough, thin, and useless. It feels like the cheap, nasty TP put in stadium and airport stalls. I quickly grabbed the package to see if you had gone single-ply. The package claims to be two ply, but I am unable to separate the layers. The TP on this roll is so thin, I could see through it! I'm so disappointed! What happened?? Were you bought out by an overseas company used to giving American consumers horrible products that don't work? Did you lose the original formula? What?

What is happening? I have always always bought the super big pack of angel soft gor my family, we have stomach issues and angel soft has always been our first choice for working well, being soft, not causing pain and a decent price. About 2 months ago, maybe 1.5 months ago the product changed!! A lot!! So much for angel soft, maybe angel not so soft? This is painful and abrasive, and for a special needs family and for someone who has MCAS(a medical condition that causes me to have allergic reactions to things randomly) this is crazy. I have always loved angel soft and always chose to use it over anything else. I always felt spoiled it was actually soft and worked well for a good price. It's painful now, it rips and tears and you have to use far more then usual. I don't know what happened but I am so upset and disappointed and dissatisfied. I've used this company for over 15 years. Never with any issues and now this? Can yall fix it and go back to normal please??

I have bought Angel Soft Toilet Paper for years because it is soft and durable. Within the last 6 months the quality has gone away completely. It is so thin and the two layers won't stay together. It is no better than Great Value. I might as well buy theirs and save. I would pay more (and we do all ready) for the old quality toilet paper but not for the kind we get today.

I loved this toilet paper and was my go to for many years, however the quality has certainly changed over the past couple of months. It's become quite rough and seems to break apart extremely easily. I find myself picking up big pieces of it off of the floor every time I use it.
