I like Reviewing Everything and since this is my second shredder but my first Fellowes and also with a feeder and I really like it, I can shred whenever I want. The shredder comes ready to be assembled without any tools and it is ready to work, the only other product I purchased is the lubricant from Fellowes to keep it working well. I read the instructions, and I am supposed to lubricate it so I am doing so as recommended. The feeder is amazing, i can place a stack of paper up to 100 sheets and it shreds them by itself, from time to time it will jam if there are staples that I did not take off but it goes on reverse and stops so I like that feature too. I am enjoying the shredder, it works well, it makes a bit of a mess when I take off the bin but it is understandable. I recommend it.

This is my 2nd Fellowes shredder. My other one that finally bit the dust was pretty quiet. This AutoMax 100M shredder is super quiet. It has all the features I wanted. The 6 gallon bin gives me more capacity than my previous shredder. The auto feed works very well. I did have a couple of jams & was able to unjam the paper easily. Shredder can be easily run for 15 minutes continuously. A 35 min cool down period is necessary sometime after 15+ min. I haven't gone beyond 15 min. yet. My previous shredder worked well, but I needed one with more features & a heavier duty one to meet my shredding needs. This shredder is worth the money. This was the only shredder I found with a 2 year parts warranty plus a 7 year cutter warranty. I do think the user manual should explain how the blue on light functions during sleep mode and tips on how to get the blue light back on if it turns off & you can't get it back on. I ended up calling the company for assistance & got help.

I have small business, I had a small fellowes shredder worked well but always took so long to to shredder documents I needed to shredder. So I invested in this larger one, works amazing, had a small issue with it call the 1-800 and they were amazing helping me with the problem and took good care of me...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a person having a home office, I have to have a shredder to help with shredding corporate (and personal) documents. Because of that, I have had a few shredders over the years. This Fellows shredder (AutoMax 100) is by far the most powerful and quietest that I have ever had. The auto-feed feature is awesome and makes larger batches so much easier. In the last few weeks that I have been using this shredder, I have not had any jams. This has replaced my older Fellows shredder, which will go to one of my daughter's home offices "I received this product for free in exchange for my honest and unbiased review"

Just started using the shredder, but it is very quiet, and the autofeeder works great. The crosscut out-put is veryimpressive and will be exactly what my office needs.

Having never used an auto shredder before this is a game changer! Absolutely love this machine. I’ve just started using it but the auto shred feature works very well… and so far extremely happy with the purchase.

Just love the features and how silent it is. Purchased another model that was loud and noisy in a quiet workplace and it jammed up in 2 days. Returned it and got this one. It's way way better.

the auto-feed jams every time. we love our other fellowes products but this is the worst shredder
