We previously had the Fellowes shredded that took 16 pages at a time, and this shredder is the best compared to the other. It is hands free and works great. On a plus note it is super quite.

I've only been using it a little while but, this shredder is great! It's quiet and versatile. If you have a stack of paper to shred, you put the stack in the feeder section on the top, press a button and walk away. The shredder automatically feeds each sheet and shreds it into tiny pieces. You can hand feed the paper, too, if you want. It's totally worth the price.

I wish I would’ve bought one sooner! It is pretty quiet and does a great job cutting everything up. I have used this tiny thing and a noise maker shredder for a long time and I don’t know why I tortured myself and didn’t upgrade. This will be a lifesaver. I think I’ll get my moneys worth out of it.

Very nice professional shredder. It actually shreds paper into micro pieces. The bin is large enough that you can shred many documents before having to empty and I like the fact that it has an indicator light that lets you know to stop as the machine is reaching a heating limit.

Very happy with my purchase of the Fellowes Auto Feed paper shredder

This is my 2nd Fellowes shredder. My other one that finally bit the dust was pretty quiet. This AutoMax 100M shredder is super quiet. It has all the features I wanted. The 6 gallon bin gives me more capacity than my previous shredder. The auto feed works very well. I did have a couple of jams & was able to unjam the paper easily. Shredder can be easily run for 15 minutes continuously. A 35 min cool down period is necessary sometime after 15+ min. I haven't gone beyond 15 min. yet. My previous shredder worked well, but I needed one with more features & a heavier duty one to meet my shredding needs. This shredder is worth the money. This was the only shredder I found with a 2 year parts warranty plus a 7 year cutter warranty. I do think the user manual should explain how the blue on light functions during sleep mode and tips on how to get the blue light back on if it turns off & you can't get it back on. I ended up calling the company for assistance & got help.

Excellent crosscutting shredder. The only drawback is that it doesn’t shredd CD´s.

It has some issues, when cool and i just run 5 or 6 pieces of paper thought it works fine but if its warm from maybe 20 or 30 it won't turn off, i come back in the room and its still running 20 minutes later, cleening the sensors make no difference, i have to turn it off manually.

Bought this one to replace the one I had. No comparison to my previous one. This one is not as sturdy and heavy duty. Frequently jams. Does not live up to its reviews that inspired me to purchase this unit. Glad I took out a three year policy on it. I rarely am unhappy but this gem leaves a lot to be desired.

We use it sparingly...maybe 1-2x day for 5-10 sheets at the most. Died after six months.
