Extra virgin is the way to go. Much healthier than regular olive oil, and this brand has a very light taste.

Wonderful tasting and easy to use Virgin Olive oil. I also like it because it is a great value from Sams Club.

My usual was out of stock so the smooth was in stock. Nice and lite. Cooks great with a milder taste.

This Olive oil can be used for baking and or frying. It is my ultimate choice when cooking oil is needed for any recipe.

I should have stayed with the Members Mark brand I like so well but the club was out of it so I tried this. It is awful! Taste like bug spray and nothing like the wonderful olive oil I love to use. I will be returning it.

This is the best olive oil for stir frying, for salads along with a little apple cider vinegar, I also ingest 1 Tbsp at night before bedtime also to keep things moving, (if you know what I mean). I can't beat the price for 68oz. at $15.98! I never allow myself to run out.

This olive oil works well and is great quality but it has a strong flavor. I bought the Smooth extra virgin olive oil. I thought maybe I accidentally purchased the Robust version but I didn't. This oil has a very strong flavor and I don't care for it. I like my oil to be very neutral and as unnoticeable as possible. I use olive oil as my primary oil for sauteing etc. I use it in my soups and broths as well. That being said the flavor of this oil is too strong for my broth. I don't always eat breakfast or lunch and on those days I try to have a small cup of broth filled with beneficial ingredients. It keeps me feeling satiated, curbs my appetite, and has anti-inflammatory properties. I also take a shot of lemon juice. That being said, this oil changes the flavor of my broth and I don't care for it. It works great for everything else but I won't be purchasing this one again. I make a seasoned chicken broth (with turmeric, black pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic and onion, a bit of ginger, basil, parsley, and whatever else I feel like adding) and of course olive oil. If I'm hungry or need something more filling I'll add a bit of thin rice noodles (Dynasty Maifun Rice Sticks). Just be sure to mix the oil in well to help emulsify it or will sit on top.
