I love this Pompeian olive oil. I enjoy it on my dipping spices and a warm ciabatta bread. I use it mainly for my daily cooking and is a good healthy way to start our breakfast. A little drizzle on our dinner salads goes a long way. After my accident i developed hypertension and I was placed on a diet. I started using olive oil to help with my blood pressure and it has not just help with that but helped to shed a few pounds. Olive oil is not just oil is a healthy way of life!

I use this for sauté veggies and on some salads. I find this to be the best brand- both taste and price.

I use the extra virgin olive in baking fried eggplant. It has a higher viscosity fir frying at high temperatures and maintains its body longer than vegetable oil
