I truly believe that swapping to olive oil makes a huge difference in overall health and your culinary experience. However, I don't have the experience to tell you anything about the quality itself. But obviously this brand has built its own reputation, and seeing as it is still more affordable than others, this is one of my go to brands.

Superb flavor! Honestly, I usbuy GV brand, but this was on sale last week, and was a larger bottle as well. The flavor stands out, very smooth, well balanced and cooks your food to perfection. Awesome in my homemade balsamic vinaigrette! Highly recommend this brand.

I love this Pompeian olive oil. I enjoy it on my dipping spices and a warm ciabatta bread. I use it mainly for my daily cooking and is a good healthy way to start our breakfast. A little drizzle on our dinner salads goes a long way. After my accident i developed hypertension and I was placed on a diet. I started using olive oil to help with my blood pressure and it has not just help with that but helped to shed a few pounds. Olive oil is not just oil is a healthy way of life!

I consume olive oil frequently. Pompeian has been found to include other, cheaper oils, but because it is cost effective, I buy it regularly for frying, etc. For salads and similar applications, I use a pure and more expensive product.

I find this to be the most bitter olive oil I have ever bought but I keep buying it because it works and I would rather use this than seed oils and it doesn't seem to effect the flavor of the dishes I cook with but if you are using it by itself for salad or something like it maybe something not as bitter
