But obviously this brand has built its own reputation, and seeing as it is still more affordable than others, this is one of my go to brands.

I love this Pompeian olive oil. I enjoy it on my dipping spices and a warm ciabatta bread. I use it mainly for my daily cooking and is a good healthy way to start our breakfast. A little drizzle on our dinner salads goes a long way. After my accident i developed hypertension and I was placed on a diet. I find this to be the most bitter olive oil I have ever bought but I keep buying it because it works and I would rather use this than seed oils and it doesn’t seem to effect the flavor of the dishes I cook with but if you are using it by itself for salad or something like it maybe something not as bitter
