This is no where near as good as Daisy or even HEB store brand. I wont be buying again. Very disappointed in this product. While it might work as an ingredient in a casserole, it is not good for eating other wise and I normally eat cottage cheese alone ir with fruit. Waste of money for me.

It was watery, with no taste and gritty. Looked like it had been frozen, then thawed. Didn't finish it and won't purchase again.

would much prefer bulk daisy, as there ingredients are very clean and taste shows for it. This one isnt right.

Creamy and fresh. It's huge though. Kept well in the fridge.
