Member's Mark cottage cheese was finally just right. Last few shopping trips It has been frozen or extremely running.

Love this and make many with with it! Imagine cottage cheese, tomatoes, chopped basil (I’ve used fresh and dried), drizzle of olive oil & balsamic glaze, pinch of salt & peper. Mmmmm

From the first time I tried this cottage cheese it has a better taste than all the others I have had besides from my home state of New Hampshire. This is a must have for it's creamy texture for small curd and it's great taste. PS in New Hampshire they have one that adds fruit or chives and that is the bomb I wish they could get that here but I can always add my fruit four chives to this one.

I am a bit of a cottage cheese snob so I eat a different brand when I want cottage cheese on it's own. That's basically because I prefer large curd when enjoying it all on it's own. I regularly buy this cottage cheese to mix with other ingredients. I love cottage cheese so much that I will honestly add it to almost anything. If I don't want to see the curds, I simply puree it prior to mixing it in. It's a perfectly delicious way to add protein. It's always added in our overnight oats, scrambled eggs, omelets, pancakes and so much more. This is an item that is always in our frig.

I ordered these for delivery, but they were out. I ran into Sam's to get them they next day. Way cheaper than anything else. Worked great for lasagna.

I like the flavor of this cottage cheese better than other brands. I usually buy several cartons at a time and store them upside down until ready to use. Until I started collecting recipes, I did not know how many ways it can be used. I haven't tried them all, but have added it to scrambled eggs, frittatas, lasagna, had it with fruit, etc. I haven't tried it as an ingredient in ice cream, brownies, pancakes, or any of the other multitude of recipes that incorporate cottage cheese...yet. My beloved dog Maverick also likes a few spoonfuls added to his regular food too. I recently learned that cottage cheese can be frozen and used in lasagna or casseroles. Oh, and it is a good source of protein too.

Love the small crud cottage cheese. Went back in and they were all out. Asked a person working in the area if they had any in the storage area. He check for us but none available. Looked up on his phone, said they were arriving in a couple of days.

I am enjoying this cottage cheese purchase. My Wife said it was a bit too dry for her as she prefers a moister cottage cheese type. That is why it only got 4 stars since I had to purchase another brand of cottage cheese to satisfy my Wife. I am finishing this product off by myself though as I am fine with the moisture level and the taste.

This was not my normal experience but the last tub of product was mostly liquid.

The cottage cheese itself was great, the problem is the packaging. The white plastic safety seal is basically impossible to pull off by the tab by hand, the seal needs to be cut off or poked through and removed from the center. The issue is the safety seal is over welded to the container. The seal is welded along the top flat edge (3mm) of the container like most any sealed food product you would buy, but the issue is that seal is further welded down the side 1 to 2 mm making it impossible to pull off with the tab. To make matters worse, the first time you try and open the container the over welded safety seal it folds over the lip seal making it VERY difficult to remove the plastic container lid. Once all the safety seal is removed, the lid is easier to remove.
