Why do companies always change things... the cottage cheese was good, even the best in the area. Now it's small curds and nasty! it's gritty! Change it back.

Why are there added gum gars and chemicals in this product? I'd prefer to purchase this again in bulk as you sell the cottage cheese in bulk. But the cheaper price isn't worth the health risk. So many of your unnecessary additives in this cottage cheese are know to cause stomach upset and sickness in people. Please sell a bulk cottage cheese without the chemicals. For example daisy brand has none of this.

The cottage cheese itself was great, the problem is the packaging. The white plastic safety seal is basically impossible to pull off by the tab by hand, the seal needs to be cut off or poked through and removed from the center. The issue is the safety seal is over welded to the container. The seal is welded along the top flat edge (3mm) of the container like most any sealed food product you would buy, but the issue is that seal is further welded down the side 1 to 2 mm making it impossible to pull off with the tab. To make matters worse, the first time you try and open the container the over welded safety seal it folds over the lip seal making it VERY difficult to remove the plastic container lid. Once all the safety seal is removed, the lid is easier to remove.
