I bought this cooler a month ago for events and the handle never stays locked when pushing the cooler forward to position it. When pulling the cooler the handle is great. Just would have expected more.

0/10 - Did not keep ice for even a single day - I had to buy a new bag of ice every day of a 2-week camping trip. I will be returning this item at my earliest convenience

I bought this for my coffee business to put ice & milk & whipped cream for our iced coffee blended drinks at the Farmers Market & keeps it cold the entire time.

Telescoping handle is very flimsy, especially when the cooler is full and doesn't seem to lock consistently when the handle is extended. Cooler does keep ice and items cold.

Loved the look of this cooler and the fact that it had wheels and the adjustable handle. But….after the second use the left wheel fell off while pulling it through a parking lot. I had to search for the nut that held it on and was able to rig it back on to use the rest of the day. As soon as we wheeled it off our boat when done for the day the wheel once again came off. Design flaw…maybe but definitely not what you expect after two uses. Disappointed, it's definitely getting returned!!

Wish the lid had a better seal I had to keep something on top to make sure it was completely closed

One of the worst coolers we have ever bought. It says it has up to a 4 day ice retention, what a joke! Ice may last for a day and a half, if you're lucky. Should have spent the extra money and bought a yeti or something else, because this was a waste of money!!!1

It doesn't hold ice as long as it should.

Great cooler! Plenty of space & a nice handle to pull it .

It should not even be called a cooler. It has one job to do and it couldn’t even do it. The ice was already melting a few hours in.
