Bought a Queen and now a King in this Medium mattress. Both my daughters love them. Will buy another one for my guest room!

Excellent mattress initially, very comfortable. However 8 months later the foam is failing and the mattress now has craters where we sleep.

I ordered a firm mattress and what I received was ultra soft. My back has hurt ever since I received this mattress.

A decent mattress for the price. The edges are not sturdy so I have to sleep more toward the center of the mattress.

How do they get away with saying this mattress is medium firm?! I can't imagine what a soft mattress must be like

I bought this mattress for my granddaughter. She loves it. Said it was very comfortable and sleeps well on it.

Finally slept on this bed for a week and the cover to mattress is loose and lumpy. I will be contacting customer service for a replacement or refund.

Rating should be 4.5 stars. Very happy with this purchase. Haven’t had it long enough to rate it five stars

Ordered the wrong Members Mark memory foam mattress. Not very happy with the one I received. Pretty disappointed.
