The ability to search something on YouTube with our own voice has been so easy and enjoyable. The sound quality has its weak moments with certain apps but that would be the only complaint we've had. Overall a great tv that I would recommend to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great 4K 55 inch TV for the living room. Would love to see apps like Stadia available with the TV. The TVs Tizen OS can be slightly improved by reducing any slow downs and overall experience. Would also love to see support for more webcams for easier video calling. Apart from these things small things, the TV is excellent.

I really like the design of the remote control and it has been easy to use. I would recommend this Tv and I like it better than the LG one I had.

Preloaded apps, internet available, clarity and sound is mind blowing. I love you Samsung!!! Do not waste money on any other brand. So easy to set up and load additional apps. You make everything convenient and no need to buy anything else. From now on it is Samsung for my house hold !!!!! I recommended you to family and friends and they are now buying your TV's.

The clarity and resolution is perfect for my household and we use all the smart apps built in at our disposal. I have always been a fan of the Samsung interface within the TVs so it was a no brainer to go with them when I bought one of my own. Would recommend to all family and friends. Now… back to watching my favorite shows on my TV!

So, we were out of touch with the trend that TVs has turned Smart. First Smart TV we got, and so far it exceeded our expectations: 1. Apps can be access from home screen 2. Game console are controllable with same remote (Xbox 1 is hooked up, with Switch & PS4 in the same hub) Although hard to match controller commands. 3. Close captioning (CC) a must, is choosable for TV viewing. 4. Picture can be customized and stretched from default screen 5. Sound is good without outside speakers. I still have ways to explore the Smart TV but so far I like that it's user friendly.

Ive never owned a Samsung that has issues like the tv I have now. If tv has been off for a length of time as soon as its turned on the picture colours are flat. I have to go int the picture setup and physically reset picture to Standard dynamic or what I want.

The product is of excellent quality and the design is modern and updated, the TV is an important part of the scenario, incorporating the decoration of the environment. The remote control is light, with few buttons and easy to handle. I sit on my sofa and free myself from everyday worries!
