[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The AU8000 Crystal UHD Smart TV (2021) was a great choice , I get the most fluid experience when streaming movies and when I am playing high Def video games. The image quality allows me to get the most of the content I am watching and enjoy all the amazing details in each pictures and computer created images. Definitely a great option when you want the best for your house .

We bought this for our home last month and I really enjoy the quality of the television. However, I have barely used it as both my dad and I downloaded the Samsung app and it only lets one of us control the TV at a time and the other user has to then request the TV back and go through the entire process of reconnecting the TV to our phone. It's slow and annoying so I've been back to watching TV on my laptop in my room.

The performance is very smooth and the interface is very intuitive. Easy setup and frequent systems updates. Image quality is good and the picture processing also good. Only issue are the blacks are not so deep, but is ok you got what you paid for. The sound is clear enough, but I believe samsung can do better audio quality even this models. The sound is far behind the competition.

apparently the quick setup does not work for me. you download the program go thru the motions but, you have to be connected on the internet for anything to happen. had to manually connect to the internet and after i did, there was no reason to use the setup program.

From opera and theater productions to political analysts discussing home and international issues. I've only had this TV for a little more than four months, and I hope it will serve me for many years ahead.

I've had a Samsung prior and could have picked something much lower in price but Samsung will always b my 1st choice. Plus having their warranty n calling their representatives is a plus factor for me! Never hesitate with Samsung! You won't regret it!

I have multiple trouble kids who love to break stuff including my tvs and I have experience with other manufacturers such as LG and Sony but Samsung is always there for me. 5 stars is not enough I truly recommend this brand and extremely durable for all my parents with little ones.
