[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm getting older and harder to see and hear and this new 65 in Samsung Crystal television takes care of all of that. This television has got a crystal clear picture with bright beautiful colors and sounds that I can hear from any spot in the living room, even when I'm in the kitchen. What a difference. I wish I'd gotten one sooner. So easy to set up especially for us old fogies. Just turn the TV on and follow the steps, easy peasy. Thank goodness technology is getting easier for the old folks. I love my new TV. I will be getting one for my bedroom very soon.

I've had this TV for about 3 weeks now. There was a bit of a learning curve to get started with but it's similar to my other Samsung TV. Great color and picture quality. My only negative about it is the control. It is so darned small and black. It is hard to see in low light and my large hands and fingers don't cope well with it. The control could use backlighting or white lettering on the buttons to enable those of us with poor night vision to navigate it.

I often watch important episodes of shows on this tv because of how stunning everything looks on this Samsung.

Also my grandkids love to watch their high definition movies when the come over. But nothing is better than watching MLB games streaming through my Samsung UHD.

All though they are packed full of benefits of which are yet to be discovered, it is easy to navigate sand a joy to discover. Customer support in this area is excellent. great tv for the price. bright, sharp picture. speakers aren't outstanding but i use a soundbar anyway. the tizen ui isn't the most attractive but it operates fine. my only real negative is the remote. it's too small and there's no backlight. other than that i'm happy with this tv.

I received it for my birthday to replace my old one which I had to use my PS4 to watch tv since I don't want to pay for cable. I enjoy being able to just use 1 remote to flip through all of the different tv apps and having the additional Samsung tv channels is awesome as well. I enjoy easy entertainment! So happy with the product!
