Average at best

I've had the tv for about 3 weeks now. Set up was super simple. The menu is easy to navigate and arrange to your liking. Great picture so long as what you're watching isn't dark. And that's where this tv loses 2 stars. Dark movies are hard to watch even in a dark room. Which kind of takes a lot away from the enjoyment of the tv.

Hi Itsame, We are happy that you are enjoying your Samsung AU8000 TV. Please know that we are here to help and have a few suggestions that may improve the picture you see when watching dark movies. First, I recommend using Dynamic Picture Mode, which makes pictures brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. Go to Settings > Picture > Picture Mode > Dynamic. Or you can manually adjust the Brightness, Contrast, and more. Press the HOME button on your remote, then navigate to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings. You may also want to disable Power Saving Mode, which automatically adjusts the brightness to reduce the TV’s power consumption. Go to: Settings > General > Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode Ambient Light Detection will also automatically adjust the brightness level of the TV according to the ambient light level to reduce power consumption. If Ambient Light Detection has adjusted the screen brightness to a too-bright or dark level, you can select Minimum Brightness to manually adjust the minimum screen brightness. Go to: Settings > General > Eco Solution > Ambient Light Detection. Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV: Settings > Support > Software Update. Great tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this tv it does everything i want it to do. I play games and watch sports mainly. My only concern is that it's not as loud as i thought it would. Overall perfect tv. I'd recommend it for anybody.

Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > Sound > Sound Mode Also, some sources have their own volume control which might be set too low. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try cable connection again. My awesome Samsung television

This product is superior

Our 75" Samsung Crystal T.V. easily connects to our Samsung Galaxy S 21 ultra cell phones for easy streaming of movies, games and internet. Our 75" Samsung Crystal T.V. has replaced our 65" Vizio T.V. Our 75" Samsung Crystal T.V. has a much more clearer picture than our previous T.V.

A beautiful display for lounge/bedroom

The picture is so clear and looks amazing even when playing on my ps5. I would recommend this model if you get the chance and it may also be on sale. The sleek design and overall picture is fantastic. Definitely a 4/5.

Picture quality excellent, O/S is extremely slow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture quality is excellent for the price, however the O/S of the 'Smart' is extremely slow. The apps have various degrees of slowness, so acknowledged it could be partly the app development. That said, several of the apps I have on other smart televisions and are not as painstakingly slow in operation; which tells me this TV's operating system is underpowered.

Stunning visually

Good value for money

Love the Samsung channels, the clarity and sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV elevates my visual enjoyment the clarity is amazing and the sound is great. I use it a lot for streaming and I have no complaints, I was really surprised by the Samsung channels which I enjoy very much (with internet service you don't even need cable). There is only two things that I would change. Although now a day everything is online I would really like to have a paper manual which would make it easier for those of us a little older and would definitely allow me to use more features and I would also love for the remote control to light up as it is kind of hard to manipulate when lights are out. Other than that I love my Samsung TV
