Bought it more then a month ago and very happy of it , everything is great except sound levels, sometimes need to rise volume up to 80+.

Love our Samsung Tv. Picture quality is amazing.  We upgraded from a Samsung to this smart tv. Crystal is the way to go.

It seems great so far! Really easy to use just can't get the sound bar to work with the remote but least of my issues

Really enjoying it so far

LCD panel died at 36 months of regular use. TV was completely unusable after this. Native Samsung operating system is also terrible. You will have to by a primestick/ chromecast/ roku setup to make this model usable.

Do not buy

Exactly what you expect from a Samsung product.
Quality packaging, easy instructions, everything complete. Top quality product, noticeable software and ease of use improvements from my last new TV (3yrs) and of course beautiful picture.
