Love the crystal clear video

Easy to use, Never has issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my tv for gaming, movies, tv, music, and watching live streams. I never have any issues with this tv. It never freezes or crashes like other smart tvs do. I never lose my connection to the internet and the picture quality is fantastic. It's so easy to use everything is right there on the open screen. It's easy to manipulate the screen and set it up the way you want it to be and downloading and deleting apps is a breeze. I'm extremely happy with my tv.

Bit of a disappointment

Bought the TV a month ago. Always get the “smart hub is downloading” message. Have tried every fix I could find on the internet to no avail. So the apps feature is absolutely worthless and I didn't want to have to plug in another peripheral to watch apps. But looks like fire stick it is. Huge disappointment. Samsung, fix your broken software!

Very nice!

This TV is loaded with useful Smart TV apps

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung TV has many useful apps preloaded that are easy to navigate and use, and other apps are easy to search for and add as well. For viewing, the full front view has great sharpness and clarity in both low light and high light situations. However, when moving further to side viewing, the picture becomes more washed out the further the side angle is. We don't often sit to the side to watch TV, mostly if company is present, so it is not a big drawback for us personally at this time.

Excellent for home with multiple Samsung devices

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV comes preloaded with various apps. Clear picture, speakers could be better. Connects with my other Samsung devices and easy to name devices according to the connection that I am using. The one bad thing is the remote is not user friendly at night. When you watch movies at night you cannot see the buttons on the remote and you have to turn a light on to see what you are pressing. Backlit keys on the remote would work amazing for future upgrades. TV was easy to connect and load up at the beginning and it does its own upgrades without having to wait for me to allow the update. Highly recommend for anyone with a room 500 sq ft or less.

Great TV overall (so far)

The only reason I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it seems to load the apps slowly. Otherwise the picture is great, the sound is good and the it's pretty easy to use.

This product has a great and clear picture to it.

I also have download a few of the games, which I love as well. Honestly the only thing I would change about the whole TV is the volume. Sometimes it seems like it is really low other times really loud.

Samsung 65" is GREAT !!!

this is a great tv, the crystal display is very clear, the colors are perfect, and the motion is wonderful. this tv is the perfect size for our viewing room with its lighting conditions (low to moderate). i would recommend this tv to anyone that is looking to upgrade to a clearer or larger-sized television.

Quality picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE my new Samsung! I've had a 28" tv for over 10 years because of the space available to me on a wall bracket. I thought that was a good tv until I decided I wanted a bigger one that was a smart tv and capable whatever I needed it for. My main reason to upgrade: Football Season. Oh my, what a difference. Best purchase ever! I see every imperfection on faces, beautiful colors and things I didn't realize I was missing. Watching a show I've already seen I'm like I never noticed that! I am so happy I made this move and can't wait for football. I am a true believer in Samsung, thank you for making me switch.
