Not all of us are tech savey, as 4 me i somewhat understand some tv capabilities when it comes 2 pic,sound n etc. I consider myself a movie/gamer type person. Wanted 2 buy new n big size tv with all best features posible without breaking my bank account. As far 2 this tv ive had no issues....no probs. Obviously not the best tv out there but 4 the price point it is a good buy 4 my family n me. Would highly recommend this tv model 4 staters of somewhat 4K features without spending top dollar.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great features, amazing picture quality. Recognizes all my devices and syncs them to the appropriate HD port. It even recognized my surround sound and linked the volume up through the TV remote so I don't need to keep track of 2 remotes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I was searching for a TV, I came across this Samsung Model. My sole purpose for getting this model was for watching Soccer and Playing Xbox. The video quality is so surreal and I really like how the colors are displayed. The size is apt for my studio bedroom and it is worth the money.

Very nice TV at a reasonable price. A couple of suggestions for improvements. The setup was too long and annoying with all the sign-ins, passwords, running to my computer to get a code to enter on the TV, and so on. I actually returned a competitor's TV out of frustration with the setup before buying the Samsung and deciding to stick it out. Also, I do not like the remote. Instead of providing enough keys, it uses.a key for multiple functions. Confusing and annoying. The Samsung channels are, for me, a waste. Lastly, something that puzzles me -- sometimes I turn to a program, maybe on a sports channel, and get a notification that by clicking and going to another channel I can see it in hi-def, but I don't see any difference.

Also the fact that I can mirror my phone to the TV and show my photos and videos to my friends and family makes it very user-friendly. I noticed when I got my TV about a year ago that my energy usage has gone down slightly on my power bill which is very nice to have a better TV and use less energy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first experience with 4k and to say I was amazed is an understatement. I knew present day tv shows and movies would look spectacular. But I didn't expect some of my favorite shows that were born in the vhs era to look the way they did. Absolutely stunning clarity. Not to mention the seamless jump into game mode when I start gaming. No input lag plus the Samsung remote is able to navigate my console without any setup required. Watching a 1080 tv after seeing 4k on this tv is (without exaggeration) like going from color tv to black and white. This is a purchase I knew I wouldn't regret from day 1.

Great image and features and good sound, specially if interfacing it optically with a home stereo. It takes a while to fully know all the features and get used to them, since it is a more advanced system compared to the older sets bought 12 years ago. The ability to cast from a cell phone is a great feature and get the information directly from the web.

The Samsung App Store has the ability to download all of the streaming apps, so we are not limited by any means. The picture quality is impeccable. The TV is also very thin and looks great mounted on our wall. Great product and I would definitely recommend it!
