4K POWER

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off the TV was super easy to hookup. The menu system guided you through everything. The picture quality is stunning, I can easily see the difference between this TV and my old Samsung. Speakers do seem a little weak on the TV which means I will just have to get a sound bar. Besides that it seems like a great TV kind of wish I got the 65 inch instead of the 55 but I like being married :-)

There are several volume features you can enable/disable/adjust to your liking. 1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. 2) Adaptive Volume automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while you are watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. 3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > Sound > Sound Mode Also, some sources have their own volume control which might be set too low. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try cable connection again. You can never go wrong with a Samsung TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to replace the TV in the bedroom and went this size and model because I already had a bigger TV of the same model in the living room and knew exactly what I would be getting with this TV. The picture looks great for everything that is streamed on the TV. The interface is easy to use. I like the size and functionality of the remote. When it comes to TVs, you never go wrong with a Samsung TV and that's why my household is exclusively Samsung.

So far it's great!

Remore control is a joke

this tv was used in a bedroom and the remote doesn't have any back lighting.. and everything is via a very small "circular mouse".. trying to set the "sleep timer" is very difficult without turning on a room light. the remote was not something that i considered nor remember having a option to see the remote before buying the tv

Incredibly clean picture

Amazingly, the picture looks incredible no matter what the lighting situation. It was very easy to set up and it's light enough to be easily moved when cleaning. I absolutely would recommend this TV.

Could Use More Volume

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is excellent, the Source bar covers all my needs... primarily DirecTV on an outdoor dish. The digital Volume meter tops out at 100, and this is often not enough for living room viewing after dinner -- not even without any guests. I wonder if external (hi-fi) speakers would provide more volume. The previous Samsung TV (circa 2012) was on a pedestal with a base about 16 inches wide that sat conveniently on the wooden cabinet that holds the DirecTV receiver and a VCR/DVD unit. This model uses rigid stands that are 26 inches apart. just beyond the edges of the cabinet. I had to find a plank to set on top of the cabinet. Am I pleased with this TV? YES! Would I buy it again? CERTAINLY!

Great TV worth every dollar!

Clear & Beautiful Picture

Love the tv, but.

We are really enjoying this television. Excellent picture quality. Did not like the sound quality, so had to buy a soundbar. This greatly improves the overall sound. Having said that, the sound cuts out for a second or two fairly frequently which is frustrating.

Pretty great... but....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great TV for the price point and it has LOADS of features! My only couple complaints...it should maybe have a timer that it will dim the blue light (kinda like he feature on the phone that automatically turns your screen orange and/or black and white) at night, and it would be nice to have some better organization. It's kinda clumsy when you have to back all the way out of apps than scroll back through everything to find what you're looking for! If things like accessing the settings, looking at various apps and what's on, and just in general being able to maybe do like a PIP or something of the home screen so you don't have to stop watching and do a bunch of awkward clicking through everything with the remote (which really does draw attention to the impressive amount of options it has... just not ideal with how you have to fumble through accessing them) than double back to whatever you are watching before wanting to check something in the first place! Other than that... it's pretty awesome if you have to go for a "cheaper" TV!
